I ordered these shoes as gift, in a size 3 and was sent a size 12.

This is the favorite shoe for my 6-year old and I keep ordering them. However, there is a quality issue. Strap breaks and falls apart, so far with three different pairs of these shoes. The first time it happened as the kiddo outgrew them anyway. I simply moved on without reporting and got them again as he likes them and they are easy to put on. This third time both straps fell apart after 4 and 5 months of use, respectively, and at this point it's not "one of" but a problem with overall quality.

they only lasted 3 months… the strap broke. I got this pair from Zappos and another pair from a different place. The straps broke on both within a couple of months. the quality is definitely not the best

these ran huge! ordered my sons regular size 13 and they were at least 2 sizes too big and wide. I have another pair of size 10-11 and these were inches bigger.

had to return because they were too big. a whole size at least.

The shoes seemed a little long but my grand daughter LOVED them, ripped the tag off and so I guess we are keeping them. She will grow into them.

Way too big than the marked size! For little kid size 1, which is intended for 6-7 year-olds, comes off more like for 8-9 year-old.

I wear a women's 6.5 Wide and ordered these in a Kids 5. The fit is good except that there is an odd upward curve of the shoes at the toes. This means that my toes aren't "seated" in the shoe but the ends are. Odd. I'm returning them.
