I ordered this shoe in the next size larger than my son wears now since his current pair is just starting to get small. When they arrived and he tried them on they are the the same size even though they are marked as the next size larger. I'm done with Crocs until they can get consistent on their sizing.

The paint is coming off one croc already. Just awful

I had two pair of crocs I ordered. Both shipped in a plastic green bag which rubbed off and stained the shoes. I sent two emails to customer service with ZERO response. Not a good experience with my first online order and an even worse experience with the customer service

Too small

It came with parts decolorized like burned by sun. Could't claim it because the person who received it on my behalf already left de US.

Why is there such a huge difference and no transition between the children's and juniors shoes? My son has fit perfectly in various styles of crocs since he was a toddler and is outgrowing size C13. But the J1 is very wide and huge! He was practically tripping over his own feet when he tried them on. I have always loved crocs for their comfort and ease, but these definitely will not work for any child just outgrowing C13.

Not an accurate description of the color. Much more muted and deep, not bright child color at all! Disappointed!

I already offered These shoes bigger than my son's shoes size and they are still a bit small. Since I want him to wear them all summer I will have to return them and eat the shipping cost. Waste of money.

I thought I was getting a normal child size 4 sandal. What I received is what seems to be an infant size 4. I plan on returning them and hopefully I can find the correct size I need.

This is the SECOND PAIR of these crocs where the back strap breaks and my son is no longer able to wear them!!!!! Extremely Poor Quality!!!

I have been purchasing crocs since they came out. When they first came out they were soft and wonderful. However, this is the first time I have purchased such horrible quality in a croc shoe. I ordered one color the dark navy with red stripe and 3 days later found out they were out of stock? OK. So I ordered this color. The straps are the biggest problem. They are not even on both shoes. The straps on one shoe is at least 1/4 inch smaller than the strap on the other shoe. When my grandson put them on, one fit perfectly and the other rubbed his ankle. When I started to look at the shoes, I seen the quality of the straps. One strap comes exactly to the back of the shoe and the other one is at least 1/4 inch away from the back which pushes his foot further into the shoe. Never again will I order on line from crocs. If I could rate lower I would.

These shoes were the widest shoes I've ever come across and my son cannot wear them comfortably. They look like clown shoes when my son put them on. The length is fine. I would have mailed them back but I'm hugely pregnant and don't want to fight the Christmas crowds at the post office! This is strange because we've bought lots of crocs before (in smaller sizes) and never had this issue. This shoe was a size one.

I actually bought two of these shoes - at first I bought a size 8/9 because that's the size my son wears in the the original crocs. When we got them, I couldn't even squeeze my son's feet in them - they were incredibly small!! I returned them and ordered the 10/11 (the next size up) and they were SO big, I could have fit two of his feet in them! How there isn't an in between size is beyond me! I was really disappointed, and have to send these back. Icing on the cake? Crocs doesn't pay for shipping, I had to pay to ship back items TWICE. Not happy.

I bought these for my son about a month ago.They fit great when I first bought them then for some reason the other day I went to put them on my son and only one fit.The left shoe was deformed and wouldn't fit his foot.Sadly is he only wore them 2-3 times and I even ordered them in a bigger size then he wore so he would have them longer.Dont waste your money on these.Very cute shoe but not durable or true to size.Very disappointed!

Not the best quality....They lasted less then a month....my son was so mad!!!But they sent me out a new pair....from other reviews we did not want to take a chance with the same style so I ordered the classic crocs which never seems to disappoint.

My sone LOVES crocbands. They are his favorite. We got him a new pair for Christmas and the strap was broke when he got them. Tried to return them to the store we purchased them from with NO luck. Went to a CROC store and returned them with no problem. Got them home and as soon as he put them on the strap broke again. Very disappointing. Having a hard time finding them around here where we live so looks like we will have to order on line.

We are now on our third pair of Crocband Crocs. That little round snap/hinge just pops open and you can't pops it back in and have it hold. Two pairs have come to us broken right out of the box. We hope the third time will be the charm. These are wide--your child may need to wear socks with them. Too bad there aren't half sizes in these since there is an enormous jump from one size to the next.
