I have to return it. It does not fit my daughters feet.

The quality of the croc is excellent, however the size chart measurement in inches is terribly off. I so disappointed because all the crocs I bought is way too small to fit my son. Not a nice shopping online experience at all.

They were too small and we had to spend double in the store.... totally aggravating and I'm considering returning the store ones and switching to something less expensive. $50 fir rubber shoes for a 10 year old is crazy

These are my third pair, but I am not sure what are wrong with these! They have scraped and scratched my 3 year olds feet and left little scars on both sides by his ankles!

These crocs are way too wide my son's foot is on the chunkier side and even then it was still loose. I felt like the sizing was off on these.

Delayed and arrived super late. Didn't fit.

I ordered my grandson a pair of child's size 3 clog and when I got the shoes they were small enough to use as a keychain!!! Waste of money!!!!! I threw them away I was so mad

Not happy with this one. I ordered a size 4c in orange and they sent me size 12 in pink. I sent email and no response and then I called customer service for 3hours and still on hold.

We didnt have them a week before the strap broke

Back strap does not go around back of heal so tight but shoe size is perfect can't wear so we will just eat the coast this time. Never had a problem before. only give shoe one star

They were to big had to return for smaller size. very cute and well made.

They have my toddler blisters on the bottoms of her foot

One of the crocs is wider than the other. Not very happy

The shoes are to small, for my granddaughter she won't be able to enjoy them to much longer

It was sent a size bigger than I ordered and I was missing an item that I had purchased along side the shoes.

These were relaxed fit which I didn't know and now they do not fit my daughters. I'm not able to return so now I have brand new crocs that I cannot use. Would not buy again.

this shoe says its on sell for 50% off but during checkout its still normal price yall just got my hopes up for nothing :(

The strap broke within the first day. I reached out to get a replacement strap or replace the shoes, but got an automatic response that they are behind on responses. These were a birthday present and my son was really bummed. :(

I have bought many pairs of crocs for my kids but unfortunately when I purchased the size 7 in this particular pair I was very dissatisfied with the quality. I also bought to size 10's of this exact pair, they were great, as usual. But for the smaller pair, instead of doing the crocs button on the side, the logo is painted on instead. Which I can understand may be a chocking hazard if the button were to somehow come off, but the painted logo was already pealing off when I received them. Also there was some type of green dirt inside one of the jibitz holes, I have no idea idea what it is because it's not coming off.

These were way too big and especially too wide for my 6 year old. I returned them and purchased something else.

They are run really big I should have gotten a size smaller

I'm really sad that crocs have changed there sizes so much. I just ordered a J3 for my son and they are the same size as Last yrs J2. I have noticed this in my own sizes as well. Not happy with the product at this time.
