These are perfect for my son who just learned to walk. We were going to be on a lake and I wanted water shoes for him. His feet are wide, so a closed shoe doesn't fit well, but these work great.

My kids love wearing Crocs.
While my son's sneaker size is 13, he ended up fitting int he 12 crocs, which was one size up from his last pair.
