Fit is smaller than classic croc in the same size, so I had to return them. I wanted something without holes on the side, but this didn't work out. Material is also different than classic croc, and that shiny smooth, slippery material did not appeal to me.

It hurts my toes.

I'm not 100% satisfied with the shoe. My son went from your size 13 to a size 1 and the difference in width is unbelievable. He had his crocs on for the 3rd time and tripped over his feet and fell on his face, causing a huge scrape that his been healing ever since!

The product was to wide for my grandson's foot.

Shoes are way too wide! Have returned 2 pairs. We had this style a few years ago, probably toddler sizes and they were his favorite. I'm so sad we can't replace them! Kids w sensory issues need shoes like this!

The Crocs were too small. There no other size for me to choose from, the biggest size was size 3, it wasted my money.

Package is delayed for almost 3 weeks. Not true to size. But I love the color

This style is too wide for our 4 year old grandson. Otherwise, they are cute.

They were great until the tore on the side two weeks after getting them! Contacted customer service a week ago and still no reply!

I used the size guide provided and the length is perfect, however they are so wide I cannot imagine who would wear them- there is no way my kid can. Really frustrating since she was excited about them and I paid for shipping. Now all stores closed and I refuse to pay shipping to return. They truly are oblong shoes. Waste of money unfortunately.

I got this for my daughter. It's defective the left side is bigger then the right side. The difference is very obvious and I can tell when she is wearing them.

I practically live in classic crocs and I wanted a style that didn't have the holes close to the bottom. I bought many pairs of classic crocs sized W2 M4, which fit perfect. I ordered a J3 in these and they're too sloppy. Wider all around. The footbed is different too. Fewer massage points. It doesn't make sense to say the crocbands have a 'relaxed' fit when they're 'roomier' than the classic cayman crocs, where are labelled 'roomy'. I would love it if the classic style had no holes near the bottom.

I love the product but they are so big! I printed out the foot measure guide and had my children put their feet on it to determine what size and the shoes I received were at least 1 to 2 sizes larger than the paper foot guide you have on-line. I will keep them but my kids won't be able to wear them for at least another year.

This is my daughter's second pair of Crocband Crocs. This new pair runs significantly wider than our old pair and much wider than the Classic Crocs purchased in the same size in this order. It's disappointing that there's such a variance in width within different shoes of the same style. This isn't the first time I've had this issue and it may be the last time I purchase online. This isn't a problem I've had with other brands of shoes for myself or my kids.

I order have size bigger than usually wear and it still too small. i ordered for my 8 year old child and was sent toddler size shoes they fit my five year old daughters DOLL.painful experience.

Paid for express shipping that arrived 4 days late. Sent email to customer service, response email said i would hear back in 48 hrs, that was 4 days ago. Shoes were as advertised.

I've bought these in every size for my daughter since she could walk. This year the strap was shortened, I still had last year's to compare to. Now I have the choice of too large shoes with a strap that fits, or shoes that fit but a strap that's too small. I ordered several pairs thinking I had a lemon, this seems to be a change since the switch to single sizes. We kept them because my daughter loves them, but now they will just be a beach show instead of an all day, everywhere shoe. Please fix this for next year!!!

WAY TOO BIG! The width is so extreme! We have had many other pairs of Crocs and these are nothing like the others. Just terrible

My older child had this same size, and my younger child was growing out of the size below. Some I ordered these in the same size the my older child has... well they are MUCH larger than the other pair. Much too large for my little one and even TOO large for my child who already has a pair of the same size. I was disappointed by these. They are extremely wide. I also bought another pair that was a size up for my older child to grow into.... well those are SO BIG! SO extremely wide that it will be YEARS before he could fit into them. I should have returned them. I give a 2 because they are the same good quality Croc, yet the sizing is terribly off from out many other pairs.
