I like how quick and very uncomplicated the shipping process was. There isn’t anything to unlike. The service is great so far. I just ordered the wrong size. I hope the return process is as simple as the ordering process. The color is great, the material is very comfortable. I would definitely order shoes from Zappos again in the future. Thank you.

My original order was either stolen off my porch or not delivered to the right address. I called customer service and they sent me a new pair. No questions. It was extremely professional and hassle free. My daughter absolutely loves her crocs. She wears them every where.
