My kids both wear crocs year after year and this pair came with one ankle strap half the length of the shoe. So annoying that not only were they made ring but the Zappos sent them to me like that!

I ordered two pairs of these clogs for my daughters and they both came stained with a yellow/orange tone on several spots including toe, heel, back strap, and even the bottoms! I emailed customer service and included pictures, which they still have not responded to. I'm so disappointed! I would have had a nicer looking clog from Payless for half the price!

The shoes are the wrong color and the wrong size. We are returning them. Bad experience

They were not good. I was sent an extra wide and they did not fit my child.

Bought a pair after having a Target brand before that lasted all summer on a 5 year old. I thought the quality of these would be equal or better. WRONG. Back strap popped off after 3 wearing. He wasn't even doing anything rough, just walking into a store and POP. And now customer "service" only wants to offer me 20% off a new pair because I didn't keep the receipt for a month. Save your money and buy the generics.

I've purchased two pair of these for my four year old granddaughter and although she loves them, they're junk. The strap broke on first pair in less than two months; I ordered her another pair and the strap broke the first time she wore them. If they held up better they would be great since they're so easy to clean and get on and off. Unfortunately, they're junk

Well I ordered them for my 7 year old grandson. I order him a kids classic. Size 4-5. When they came they are for a maybe 4 mo old. I have tried to call a number I have for them but all I get is a fax machine. They say I can take them to one of there stores for an exchange. So that's what I going to do. Should have gone there first.

To wide for beginning youth/Junior foot

The crisis don't fit narrow feet for adults and youth. Croc should redesign their classic croc to fit a narrower foot. Classic fit no longer fits my daughter or nephews. I'm guessing thus is the last year for my son. Heck. We will have to find another summer shoe.

I ordered these for my grandson in his regular size and they're way too big! I'm very upset!

The color is a lot duller in person and I bought her the 8/9 when she wears a 8 and it was way too small and the next size up is way too big on her ordered two other pairs for my little boy and was just not impressed with the quality

these come in one width only- way too big- they will come back green color is good

Very bad experience! Paid for two day delivery so I could get the shoes for our vacation that we were leaving on. Ordered on a Sunday night. Did not leave warehouse until Wednesday. Was unable to cancel or change delivery options once I found out it could take days to start the shipping process. No phone number to call. Wasted money for expensive shipping. Will not order again!

Horrible the shoes broke already

Bought Youth size 1 for Grandson for Easter since he is almost out of size 13 regular shoes. The Youth is so much larger than the size below it, I had to return to exchange for 12/13. Chose to go to the only local store in St Louis, nearly 30 miles away, to get them exchanged quickly and on his feet. He loves his CROCS. But, he wore them one day and they broke. The button holding the strap came off and was lost in the grass. So now I have to make another long trip to exchange again. If you are going to make shoes for kids, you must make them extremely durable. Not a happy grandma.

We ordered these Crocs before a trip to Arizona, and the strap broke the second time my daughter put them on! Whenever we tried to have her wear them with the broken strap, the shoe fell off and she tripped. She is only two, and she did not do anything to break them. They broke with normal wear.

I had some just like these in women's size 9, loved them, dog ate them though. Tried to reorder and they don't come in this color for women anymore. WHY??? This is one of the top colors for women's fashion these days????

the color is way off. was very disappointed when the shoes arrived. they were not the yellow that I've been ordering for the past couple of years. they were instead a neon green, almost florescent shade. needless to say, they were promptly returned. please bring back the normal/regular yellow crocs. i'm not a fan of this day glow green color

I ordered 2 pairs of Crocs, both the same size (12-13). One was this style, and another was a slightly different style. When they arrived, this pair was a full inch shorter and much narrower than the other style I ordered. Assuming I got a mis-sized pair, I contacted online help. The rep told me that because these are made in Mexico, they run smaller than the other pair I ordered (made in China). I asked how I was supposed to know that, given that the sizing info for both styles said they had a "relaxed fit, 1/2 sizes order down". The rep then told me to bring them to a store and exchange them. Since nearest store is 1.5 hours away. I contacted Crocs by phone, hoping for some better help. The person on the phone basically told me the same thing, but was at least willing to offer me free return shipping. Since Crocs obviously knows they have a sizing problem, I'd say buy in store, if at all. I can't believe a company can offer a shoe that varies so much in size depending on country of manufacture. When you have a 1 inch variation on a kids shoe, that is a huge difference! I think I'll be buying the generic versions locally from now on.

this was a gift ,too small narrow had to send back

I've worn these exclusively for about 6 months and they are causing persistent heel pain. My feet hurt even when I am not wearing shoes now and I can barely walk.

My husband has worn these for years. The pair before last didn't seem to fit right, and we thought it was a fluke or we had forgotten the size. We double checked the style and size and ordered again. It still is slightly smaller. Comparing them to an old pair that we still have the new ones are slightly smaller, even though the size on the croc is the same and it is the same style. Very disappointed.
