This pair is broke already also. I am very disappointed with the quality of both pairs in this order.

Crocs cancelled my items without notifying me, so I didn't even get this item. Disappointed in your customer service

The shoes did not fit so I had to send them back and I still have not heard if you received them or if my money has been refunded. Not impressed with my first purchase from the actual website.

Not as bright as I was expecting. red, but get dirty too fast and red looks different.

Jibbits didn't fit in these shoes, extremely disappointed

both the croc itself and the charms i received came dirty , smudges all over the products

Wasn't the right size

The strap was messed up..

They advertised the wrong size and I spent my money on the size I thought I was getting but I was getting a toddler size.

I purchased a size 4 in girls and I guess that was baby girls. Item wasn't used

The shoes are fine. The misinformation about delivery and customer service Terrible! I wasted time and money on a pair of shoes that we can't use because they didn't come in time. They said it would take 7-10 days and it took 3 weeks. No way to cancel delivery even when I took the time to go in person to the store. So Frustrating! I would definitely never order crocs again.

Customer service is awful. I've been calling for days & sending emails!!! I am trying to get a free shipping label to send them back as they're too small for my granddaughter!

I received an email this morning requesting a review of the crocs I purchased on December 2, 2019. As of this morning, the shoes have not been shipped. I ordered early so I would have the item in time for Christmas. I spoke with a representative last week that said the shoes would be shipped on Monday, December 16, but they did not ship. I will not order directly from crocs again. Very disappointed

I was disappointed that Kids' Classic Crocs arrived as "roomy fit." I don't remember that warning in the online description. They are SO wide and sloppy!

I purchased kids because that is who I was buying it for. I recieved the product and it was toddlers. Toddlers is toddlers not kids. The product is in perfect condition and came in perfect timing. Just very upset about your description of the crocs.

The clog I received was not the one in the picture . It showed a slim " iconic comfort " croc. I received a shoe wide enough for a Yeti.

These are the only shoes I can wear that dont leave me in excruciating leg, hip and back pain. That being said, they let water in and provide no protection from sharp objects piercing bottom.

The straps on these are way too short and too tight, they are sitting half way up the shoe and not flush with the back of the shoe. I've contacted customer service about it who told me to send an email, which I also did and still have yet to get any help

Ordered the wrong size and returned it in store.

I would like to provide an essay but I have been looking for size 4 women's for months and they are not available. Why not? I am a very very dissatisfied customer. This is the crocs website and all sizes should be available in all colors!
