Cut small and I went up a half size for my son. He usually wears a 2 1/2 shoe so I order him a 3. He can barely wear them without his foot hanging off the back

Shoes didn't fit

Shoes are not true to size

Back strap too tight

I was given the wrong size it was a gift so I did not open it right away I just recently saw this problem.

The strap broke after a couple wears

I bought these in different colors for my kids because they seemed durable and I wanted something I could spray off with the garden hose after play. Theses left blisters on my kids feet near their ankles. I spent a lot of money on these, but they never want to wear them again. And I can't blame them.

Too small. When I compared adult size to childrens I ordered the size that said would fit. When they came they are too small. However with all the COVID stuff I didn't even want to try to return them.

Crocs are way to big!!!

I never received the shoes at all and I never received my money back. I was never notified of my package being lost. I called to check the status of my shipping and that is when I found out my package was lost. For this to happen coming from the Crocs is ridiculous. I should of ordered through amazon.

The crocs are wonderful , but I still have yet to receive the jibbitz that I ordered with this order and I have yet to get a reply in regards to my order .

They came in baby size

The sizing was really off with these

I bought these for my two year (not his first crocs) and this is what it did to his feet. I believe these are a defective pair and would love for someone to contact for a refund.

These are falsely advertised on the site I got them for my 9 year old childrens 6 picture looked like they were for big kids I got them (6-7 weeks later) and they were toddler size so I get the return label ship them out the next day get the text that they recieved them and they still havent issued a refund days later says it takes 10 to 15 days to issue a refund I will never buy directly from the site again

Wrong color

These crocs are Bright blue and different than the color Blue I see on the website. They are too small and I can't figure out what the next size up would be for my 8 year old boy. He wears a 3-4 and I hardly see size 4 offered. Now We are stuck with too small clogs that are brighter than we wanted.

Gave the blue a 1 because they didnt send me a request to review the Red/wh/blue tie-dye. The paint rubs off!!! then they gave me the run around about returning them. No longer purchasing crocs!!
