I bought these for my son’s girlfriend. She is 17 years old and wears about a 5 1/2 in ladies. I bought Little kid size 3. I discussed with a sales person and according to the conversion chart, she would have been a Big kid, size 4... they didn’t have pink so we figured we would try Little kid size 3 and they fit her perfect.
