I was super excited to receive these shoes with another pair of Keens I ordered but sadly had to return them. I have wide, flat feet and so I felt like the lack of structure (lower sides than the other Keen MJs) kind of made my foot ooze out of the side (which wasn't very cute). Even for my wide feet they seemed quite wide, like already stretched out - I'm not sure if that's just the pair I got or the overall design; they were still super comfy but just looked like house slippers on my foot.

These were too small in length for me unfortunately. Also, not very comfortable and sloppy feeling. I love Keen but these did not work for me.

Bought these to replace an older pair of black flat Keens (which took me all over the UK). These felt true to size and width (7.5 medium), and the Left shoe felt great, but the Right Shoe (out of the box) had a gap between the insole and the inside edge of the shoe, with some stitching that was knotted/bunched up underneath and which stabbed & pinched with every step; So back in the box they went. Very Disappointed, as the style is just what I was looking for, and other reviewers said this is a really Comfortable Shoe for walking. Maybe I just got a bad pair. May try again.

I had to return the shoes as they were way to wide for my feet. I wear a size 7, the length was fine, but way to wide and awkward. I returned. Bummer.

The straps were very uncomfortable and rubbed.

I love Keen as a brand, and I've owned several pairs of Keen Mary Janes in the past. I was really excited about these but oh, what a disappointment. They are really clunky shoes - not at all sleek and comfy like their Mary Janes - and oddly wide, too. The soles are very thick - uncomfortably so - and they felt terrible on right away. I also found them to be very ugly, though they looked sort of hip online. I'm returning these... fast!

Not enough support in shoe unlike other Keen shoes I have purchased and loved.

I felt this shoe ran wide and flared out on the sides, making it not look right on my foot.

Love love love Keens shoes but this was the first pair I did not like. Did not seem to have the craftmanship or quality that Keens normally have. Was more narrow than most and inside bottom was just hardened hollowed plastic that the liner sat on. Sad because otherwise cute shoe. Just did not have the comfort and feel I normally associate with Keens. Will try a different style.

I was very excited about these shoes for a relaxed summer work environment. When first putting these shoes on they feel very comfortable but once walking, it is noticeable there is no arch support. When I removed the lining to put in my personal arch supports, I was surprised see the heal through the waffle design. There was nothing there but the waffling structure. Putting my own liner in, there was then no cushion and too much lining with both liners in the shoe. I was very sad to have to return these shoes and too bad there was not more structure between the bed of the shoe and the heal.

I usually love Keen shoes and always try to buy them, but this shoe was not typical of Keen. Very flimsy with no support at all. It felt like a good grade of cardboard. I did like the style but had to return them.

These shoes are cute and I really wanted them to be comfortable but they had no support for my high arches. Had to send them back.

Sadness! I wanted to love this shoe as it was exactly what I was looking for. Soft leather upper, comfortable but not sloppy fit, cushiony insole. I loved it until I removed the insole and saw the construction (or lack there of) lurking underneath. There is no substance, no molded sole, just a weak, floppy sole suspciously reminiscent of a jelly shoe. So if you plan on sitting around, this may be a great shoe. For walking, not so much. Def not typical Keen quality sole.

I'm so disappointed. These shoes were flimsy and had no arch support. I am a big fan of Keens but these don't live up to their siblings.

Not the quality I'd expect from Keen. I had a different style Keen shoe that I wore for three years that is sadly now discontinued. I ordered these in the same size as my old pair and they were very tight on the toe, had no arch support, and felt like they were cut low and gaping in the middle. The quality felt like something I'd get at Walmart.

At first I was in love with these shoes. Out of the box they were cute and extremely comfortable. They were exactly what I was looking for. They did “squeak” a little when I first started wearing them but hat quickly faded. Unfortunately after only a few wears, the rubber soles started separating from the shoe. For the price and brand, I’d expect more.

Loved this shoe, but they had a terrible squeak!! Extremely annoying! Had to return them.
