OMG these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on. My boyfriend even said he thought they were cute - which is a complete bonus since I'd given up on fashion in search of a shoe that didn't kill my flat arches and post-surgery feet. Comfy. Cute (apparently). So comfy they are almost like slippers in the way they fit. Or a glove. Amazing.

I have these in brown and loved them so I was happy to see them on sale in black. I have to wear closed toe shoes at work and these are as comfortable as sandals.

These shoes are a pleasure to wear. They are a bit wide but that hasn't been a problem at all as they don't slide. I wear an 8 1/2 and these shoes fit perfectly. They're very comfortable for all day wearing and are a well-made pair of shoes.

I just met these shoes, but I already love them. They arrived today and I wore them right away. No breaking in required. So comfortable, super cute, and make my feet look dainty. Solid shoe. I will likely get more colors!

I love these! They are like wearing slippers to work, but with some support and look somewhat like a ballet shoe. I bought in black and I am waiting for the army green to come back in stock.

Comfortable with a nice roomy toe but they don't make my big feet huge! These are my 2nd pair.

Love these shoes but when I ordered they didn't have 9 in stock so I ordered 91/2 and they were too big. I returned 2 pairs of 91/2 and they alerted me that the color I want had come in in 9. got them the next day and I love them. they run true to size and look very cute without socks. they were comfortable all day.

I love Keen - and these are the cutest shoes but they were too wide for my foot (I have narrow feet). Wish I could shrink the width and keep them, but unfortunately, they have to go back.

Very cute shoe but my toes hit the end. It definitely does not run large like other reviews. I believe that there is more support than the Sierra MJ.

I ordered this shoe in 8.5 but felt it nudged both toes slightly, even though one foot is about a half size smaller than the other. I returned and ordered a 9 which is perfect. Odd though, because I ordered the Bali sandal in 9, which I had to return for an 8.5. Once the sizes were right, great shoes.

Just what I expected from pics and reviews. Nice shoe!

I love,love,loved these. Super cute. The left one fit perfect while the right one was wider which made it feel sloppy on my foot. Debating whether to try a size smaller.

Reasonably cute, but really odd fitting. I normally wear a size 9 and they were pretty loose, so I ordered an 8.5 and it was not loose but my toes were at the end. The insole in these is really, really weird and I don't think it would be comfortable for actual wear.

The foot bed was a little wide for me. I wear a 5.5 or a 6 depending, In these, the 5.5 fit me. The straps are black and gray and contrast w the shoe - I wanted them to be all black. I don't think these are cute enough - sending them back.

These shoes were comfortable our of the box. I have worn them for full days on my feet, and they were super comfy. There is enough room for my bunion; I have trouble finding shoes with enough width to accommodate that foot, so this was a pleasant surprise. I don't love the look, but they're cute enough that comfort wins.

I really wanted this shoe to work. It was cute and comfortable out of the box. What I didn't like is that it looked and felt too wide for my foot. When I put the shoe on there were gaps between my foot and the shoe. I am usually a 7.5 in Keen shoes with a medium width. The only other con was that the shoes squeaked when walking across the floor. If these had fit my feet better, I would have kept them even with the squeaks. Still looking for a ballet type flat shoe with comfort and support.

It took a couple of days to break in but it wasn't too terrible. They are really comfy to walk around in or go on a moderate hike. It works great with pants, shorts, and dresses/skirts. I have received compliments on them too!I would def buy another pair after these are done.

Zero support, something I always count on my Keens for! Super funky sorta ballet slipper with elastic criss-cross look, but no real shape, and totally flat sole. Oh well. Have to return them.

i liked how these looked. i am returning because i like to wear socks with my shoes and i have no-show socks (I got them here, they are by Hue and have rubber grips in the back, they are great) and these shoes are too low cut on the side and you could see the socks. i liked how they looked and fit otherwise. too bad.

I love the way these look. They felt comfortable right out of the box. I normally wear a 10.5 and had to get a 10 in these (apparently Merrell makes a 10.5 but Zappos doesn't carry them?), but they feel okay lengthwise. The instep, however, gaps a great deal, and the shoe overall seems to run wide on me, a problem I almost never have--usually I have the opposite problem. Regardless of that, I'm keeping them, because they're so darn cute and I rarely find comfortable closed shoes that I can wear to work (not allowed to show bare toes or heels at my office). I'm even ordering another pair in a different color!

These are cute, but wide at the instep. They really flared out and made it look like they were way too big. Bummed as I wanted a flat comfy shoe.

I’ve bought Keen Mary Jane’s two years in a row from Zappos and thought I’d mix it up this year with the East Side MJ. My only complaint with the other shoe was that I would usually wear through the insole in 6 months or less. The East Side MJ has a much more durable looking insole! However, the shoe felt (and looked) a little extra wide on my feet. I have slightly wider-than-normal feet, which is why I like Keens. However, this level of wide was not comfortable or attractive, so they’re going back.

I loved the look of this shoe! When I tried on the shoes I walked around my living room and during that time the inside seam rubbed my foot on the outside and caused discomfort. My heel flipped up and down in this show. Loved the looks but comfort won out. Sorry I had to return the shoes. I love Zappos, their customer service is second to none. So Thanks Zappos , I'll try again another day for that perfect shoe!

These are super comfy - as usual with Keens. They are even cute with a skirt! But they are not very breathable and even with a liner sock, they soon start to build up odor. :( I was hoping for something I could use barefoot but that was out of the question. Too bad. So comfy.
