Customer Reviews Hoka Ora Recovery Slide

I have the sandals brand new tried them on once and they are extremely uncomfortable way too rough! What can I do about this? I love your sneakers best ones I've tried on but these sandals are horrendous.

Unfortunately within 2 weeks of purchasing, the shoe has started ripping. While they are comfortable, I'm not sure they will last long.

After purchasing 8 pairs of HokaOneOne I kept thinking this company must be making a good slide and I just needed to get use to it. It is too tight and somehow my heal keeps sliding out over the back. Rather than giving them a chance, I should have started a return when I could.

My wife bought these for me in June. They felt great in the house. Then in July, I wore them outside for the first time. It was a very hot day. I walked around the neighborhood and by the time I got home they were 3 sizes smaller then when I started. I love the sneakers and never experienced this type of shrinking with them. Now I have a nearly new expensive pair of sandals that cannot be worn. They are comfortable if you keep them inside.

This is the second review that Hoka One One has asked me fil out. My first review was long and detailed. Due to make disappointment and lack of enthusiasm for the product I'm going to keeps this short. The sandles creep off of my feet as I walk...that's a really bad thing.

After a month since ordering these: I'm on my 2nd return of the first size 10 that came that was about a size twelve- then returned & got a size 9 that was measured a size 11- I'm soo disgusted & unsatisfied that I'm ready to give up. Phone support from a 10year old named Trinidad was absolutely USELESS. These Ora Sandals should be sold in stores. It takes way too long for exchanges from the east coast to the west coast.

I am a HOKA lover. I have 3 pairs of running shoes so I'm not a hater. I was just disappointed with the recovery shoe. My wife threw out the box and the return stuff so I guess I'm stuck with them. Wold like to use as a credit towards my next pair of shoes but have no idea how to return the now.
