Finally! Hoka has made a shoe as good as their original Stinson Tarmac! I'm an RN with plantar fasciitis and got great relief from the Stinson Tarmac. But they stopped making them and none of their other shoes fit properly. The Arahi is nice and wide and very comfortable. I worked two 12 hour shifts in a row with absolutely no pain. Coworker feels the same way about hers. I highly recommend.

I can't believe how impressed I am with this shoe. I never write reviews. I have multiple problems with my feet. I am a pronator, so I need stability. But I also have very tender arthritic feet (as well as the beginning of bunions) that need cushioning. In my experience, the cushioning and the stability are polar opposites, and I've always had to trade off some part of one for the other. To make matters worse, I've had plantar fasciitis in the past, AND I need a wide, which is limiting. I've always had New Balance, and I always thought that was as good as I could do. When this shoe came up in a search, I decided to try it, and OMG! This is the only shoe I have EVER forgotten to take off at the end of the day. Nothing is pressing where it shouldn't. The 7.5 Wide is perfect for me. I wore same size in New Balance, but something was always tight in one spot, plus the tongue would slip off to the side. I do a lot of standing at work, which, in my opinion, is harder on my legs and feet than walking. These are very comfortable to stand in. The rocker bottom took getting used to. At first, I thought the shoe didn't offer enough stability, but it is very stable; I was just responding to the newness of the rocker bottom. Great for your heels!

The Arahi was my first Hoka purchase, and I was very satisfied. As a moderate to severe overpronator who requires a wide width shoe, this one was a great option for me. I've never run in a shoe with a foot bed this comfortable before, and I've even seen some relief from plantar fasciitis in my right heel. The only issue I've had is that the shoe opening comes up a little high and rubs my ankle. If it wasn't for this, it would literally be the perfect shoe.

The main reason I am returning it is because I have a very high arch and this sneaker felt like it had no arch at all.

Recently I was diagnosed with planter fasciitis, tendinitis and spurs. I have taken it on my self to buy the most comfortable shoes on the market. I have wide feet and very high arches which can make it hard to find cute shoes. I do appreciate cute fashion fun shoes. These Hoka shoes are adorable. Fix very comfortably and are light enough to wear. Have not walked in a while because of the pain but tomorrow I am super excited to start moving my body in the safety of these cute shoes. The color is so much better in person. I am super happy to know that even though I have this old lady issue I don’t have to dress like one too. Thank you Zappos

I have quite bad plantar fasciitis and have worn exclusively asics for years. After a ton of rounds of buying/returning just about every one of their recent styles, I took a risk and bought these after reading the glowing reviews. SUCCESS! It took a day to get used to the curved sole, but only from a muscle standpoint, my feet were in HEAVEN! I would recommend these to anyone, and especially anyone who spends 10+ hours on their feet on cement floors. Your feet will thank you!

I love the width options. I had to buy a couple pair to get the right fit. This shoe is extremely comfortable. Great support.

I am a new runner and didn't realize that I am enough of an overpronater that it was causing knee pain every time I ran (was buying for looks and what seemed "comfortable" when trying shoes on in the past). I got fitted at a running store for these and decided to make the purchase through Zappos bc there were more color options than in store. Holy cow. The difference was night and day - my knees didn't hurt once, the cushioning also felt supportive bc I am still a heel-striker, and the J-frame definitely helped to propel me forward throughout. The only downside is how incredibly "maximalist" and orthotic they are aesthetically, so I wouldn't exactly want to throw these on for casual store trips, etc. But... function over fashion while out on the road is where they shine the most. I'll be looking into Hoka One One for all of my running needs from now on!

Not for me. My first time trying this brand. I did not care for the Meta-Rocker feature which rounds the sole upwards at the heel. It feels awkward to walk on, as if you are leaning backwards. Maybe the problem is that I am not a runner and these shoes are supposed to be for runners. I want the shoes for treadmill walking and workouts. On the plus side, I wear a 7 1/2 Wide for overpronation . . . . these fit perfectly, were very comfortable, great style and are super light. I'm sorry they did not work out. I returned them due to the rounded heel feature.

I ordered this shoe after I purchased the same style in pink, which I love. This shoe does not have as much cushion, and after only one month the tread is coming off. I don't think that should happen when you pay this much money for shoes. Very disappointed in this pair

I'm hooked on the Hupana style. It fits my narrow foot perfectly and still has room for an orthotic arch support. The Hupana 2 has a semi-mesh forefront, which allows for more airflow and is different from my previous Hupana. I mainly use these shoes for walking and casual use. I use other Hoka styles for additional support and heavier use.

I have had feet cramping and pain for as long as I can remember, and have tried so many shoes to see if it would lessen. After multiple people recommending Hokas, I finally tried a pair. I can't believe the difference, my feet have not cramped or hurt since I started working out in the Hokas. I am truly amazed, and will be a client for life!

I have many Hoka shoes and purchased the Hupana2 for my jumprope workouts. They are working well plus this model fits my narrow foot so much better then all the other Hoka shoes I have. I wish Hoka made a narrow width.
