The shoes are too narrow, so narrow that I had trouble getting my foot in it and then when I managed, it was too snug in width but had ample space in length. What is the point of these shoes if I can't wear them hands free or with little effort. Will try other slip-ons. The search continues :-(

More narrow with less give than a traditional Tom slip on

I ordered 5 different pairs of Toms including another one of the same style in a different material. This black leather pair fit differently than the others. The leather on it is weird and thick and does not seem like leather and the shoe doesn't fit right. I think this one pair may have been defective in its fit, but the weird leather is also not nice to wear. I bought the same style in silver leather and they are great, the leather and sizing are very different,

Initially, these felt true to size and true to width, they fit great. However, i wore them 3 times and they stretched out so much they started flopping off my feet and i had to return them.

I wanted to live this shoe. I coveted this shoe. But when I tried it on it had minimal support like a drugstore flip flop (sorry!), and was a bit snug. Not loafer-ish at all. Still so cute but less of a shoe than I was expecting.

Just felt like an uncomfortable shoe.

Looked good -thats it. The loop on the back was interfering with any comfort this shoe would have had. The sides running up to loop and how it was stitched onto shoe rubbed against back of ankle from the git-go -sent back

These rubbed the back of my heels upon wearing them multiple times. They also felt narrower than regular classic Toms. I am a huge Toms fan, but these are a miss for me.

I ordered the rose suede version of this shoe and loved it. It is comfortable and goes with almost anything. I wanted something in blue, so I ordered the blue slub chambray. Unfortunately, the fabric bit into my foot and was very uncomfortable. I returned the chambray and ordered the navy suede version. This is just as comfortable as my other pair. There is quite a difference in the "give" of the fabrics between the chambray and the suede. My ratings are for the slub chambray. I would give 5 stars in every category for the suede version.

Thought they would be comfy like previous Tom’s but they are rigid and uncomfortable. They also get dirty fast with this light suede. Wish I could return or exchange. Just came across in my closet of unworn shoes. :(

These were super cute but, unfortunately I had to send these back. They looked great, but I couldn’t get them on. They were way too narrow.

My daughter wears an 8 in most shoes including Toms. She couldn’t even get her foot in these. There is no give to the front like the original Toms. We returned these and bought her the original in her normal size and she’s much happier.

I bought Tom's because of how cute they are and how many people love them. One of the biggest reasons is I got them is because everyone said that got more uncomfortable over time. In my case, not so much. Each time I wear them they become more and more uncomfortable. There is no arch support whatsoever, and the bottoms of my feet and shins hurt as a result. For those who need arch support, this is not your shoe. I bought these several months ago, so it is too late for to return them. I wish I knew then that these shoes would hurt so bad over time.

The shoes have a terrible odor. I am returning them.

I ordered several pairs of these for trip to Europe, for which I needed reliably comfortable walking shoes for London and Paris that were more fashionable than sneakers and would work with both pants and skirts. These fit the bill in both respects, and required no breaking in. I normally wear a size 10, including in simpler Tom's shoes, and ordered size 10, and they fit perfectly.

The one star review is ONLY for the color I chose. Toms the brand and the shoes have a great reputation and I am not out to jeopardize that. Maybe I should actually give myself the one star rating? Nonetheless, I was disappointed when I saw the black/metallic gold. More metallic than black, and just overall not my style. Honestly, I have no idea what I was thinking when I chose these shoes. If you're into glittery gold, this is your shoe. If you are not really all that flashy, pass on the metallic colors.

I need to return these shoes. I have never won them.

The pink fabric was more sparkly than i like. Also, the top came up high on my foot.

I love the look of TOMS, and their mission - but they always prove to be too narrow for my wide foot, which is disappointing! They are an average width, so if you have a wide toe box or a high instep, they may not work for you. Returning, unfortunately, as these shoes are super cute and would work with everything!

Fit well. Comfortable. UGLY. Had to return - literally went with NOTHING. Sorry.

they are the cutest shoes everrrrrrrrrr!! but I'm usually a size 4 and i got a 5 & i couldn't even get a half of my small foot in there they were extremely tight

These shoes are really comfortable, feel great but oh man do they start having a horrible smell. I purchased them in April 2017, washed them and have tried all of the natural ways to get rid of the smell with freezing them, tea tree oil, baking soda etc...

One of the worst shoe designs I've ever tried on. The top "flap" of the loafer covers a thin band of elastic that rests on your foot--not comfortable. There is a strip of fabric inexplicably running across the inside of each shoe, near the toe, probably an artifact of the seam near the toe, that should have been trimmed out but was not. It serves absolutely no purpose but to annoy and puzzle you. These fit wider than Tom's classics, too wide for my foot. The sole itself is cushy and comfortable, so good job on that. Oh, and the pair I was sent has a tear in the suede which Zappos should have caught before shipping.
