Love the look of these shoes, but they run very small. Sorry to have to return.

Neat, compact look, makes my feet look cute and small, but that's not necessarily a good thing. The Fit Guide led me to buy a half-size smaller than usual. It fits more snugly in the toe than my Brooks shoes, and the arch falls too far back. The sole is much thinner, and I feel every little irregularity in the road through it. The tongue is narrower, barely fills the width of the lacing. Maybe a fair trade-off for the price, but I'm willing to pay more for durability and comfort.

The shoe ran a little large but if I wear thicker socks they're ok. They tend to rub a bit in the upper back of the shoe. For now, I'm wearing a bandaid to prevent blisters. Perhaps they'll soften with more wear. Overall, a mediocre shoe.

Material is pretty stiff. Disappointed in these shoes since I usually am a fan. I bought these for workouts and you need to wear high socks or you will cut up your ankles. comfort is fine.

I was very hopeful about these shoes for HIIT class when I purchased then 2 months ago. The quality of the shoes have proven to been disappointing though. after just 2 months of use, a very large chunk of the treads came off during class. While I don't expect shoes to last forever, I expect them to last for more than 2 months.

I've had these sneakers for about 2 months now. They are painful if I run and jump and do not provide me with any arch support. Unfortunately I will have to buy another pair. I love Asics and have been exclusively wearing them for years! Maybe I just got the wrong shoe for my feet and what I wanted them for.

I really wanted to like these because they are really cute, however, while I was trying them inside my house for step aerobics my left ankle started to ache. They do not provide the support that I need and I felt that my ankle kept rolling inward. They felt flimsy and I knew within minutes of trying on that they would not be good for my high arches.

After all the positive reviews I was expecting more. I was disappointed in this shoe. I’ve had other ASICS that I loved and I had high hopes. They feel flat/deflated, like an old pair of running shoes with many miles on them, Also, they stick out awkwardly on the sides. Honestly, I have pair of two-year old ASICS and a pair of two year old Brooks that have more comfort, cushion and support than these shoes right out of the box. I trained for a marathon in the others and alternate them for walking and cross training / bootcamp 3+times/week and still prefer them over this style. I would return these if I could :-(

Every pair of Asics I've owned have been comfortable eith great support, had great style, and made with good quality fabrics etc. EXCEPT the Gel Craze TR 4. I ordered the black/ frosted rose in 8.5 med. amd they did fit in length and width. I wear an 8 in most New Balance. I have to say this shoe is not what I expected as far as comfort and quality of fabrics etc. It seems like a cheaper quality of materials and is not as comfortable as one might think. Lacks cushioning and softness. The stripes on the sides are not applied directly on the mesh fabric. Look closely. They are more like painted on a cheap piece of black material, which is also stiff, and applied to sides. The style looks better in the photos. Was disalpointed in the overall quality and comfort of the shoes even at the sale price. Zappos does have excellent service though and my shoes were delivered overnight!!

I wore the shoes two times for a half hour each time and my both of my knees were bothering me. I do not have knee problems and have not had issues since with my other shoes. I wonder if the cushion insole does not provide each support.

I purchased this shoe for myself. I love Asics running shoes but I don't run often. My work out is more of a Crossfit with cardio. The first week (did a plank work out)the rubber on the toe had started to peel away. A couple weeks later while doing a lunch Work out the bottom split! I don't think the company missed the mark on this one.

Wanted to replace my old ASICS. These aren’t as flexible. The tongue is sort of part of the sneaker so not as adjustable and not cushioned. Struck me as cheaper way to make a sneaker. Disappointed.

I brought this pair of shoes about several months ago. For the first few weeks they were great, but after wearing them for a month they become very uncomfortable. I used to wear them regularly when I went to gym. Recently I had to stop wearing them, because they no longer were offering enough foot and leg support causing a lot of pain.

I was excited about the price and the ease of being able to purchase these online. However, after wearing them for several days, making it too late to return them, I've discovered that there is an inner lace(?) that rubs and puts pressure on the bones on the top of my foot, making wearing these extremely painful!

The shoes have an unusual shape that pushes on the joint of the ball of the big toe.

I bought this shoe to replace GEL-190 TR (no longer available) that fit perfectly and was very comfortable. So I purchased the GEL-Craze TR 4, but they are very uncomfortable. The sides dig into my ankles, and the tongue bunches up and scrapes the top of my foot. Tried them a couple of time with the same result.

I really liked these shoes when I 1st ordered them. They were great for hiit class. After about 2 months though the treads on the shoes began to peal off. I don't have the box any more so I can't gt a refund. Very frustrating.

Ordered 2 colors of same shoe. One fits as advertised and the second is miss labeled by manufacturer or way off. Think the shoes is actually a 9 and not 10 as labeled. Not sure whether to try a larger size or another of the same to see if it was issue with single pair Thoughts

This is the worst pair of ASICS I have purchased. No arch support, rough fabric on heel rubbed raw spot on my foot, uncomfortable. I would have returned them but had tossed the box. Last several pairs of ASICS have been poor quality. No more for me. Trying adidas next.

I usually wear a 9 and both the 9 and 9.5 were too small. I felt very unstable in the shoe. It’s like it didn’t go up high enough to provide any decent support. Returned them.

I bought these to replace a four year old pair of Asics cross trainers that still look good, feel great and provide great support. I expected the same of these but was very much disappointed. When I first put them on I just walked around the house a bit and wore them while watching TV. They were comfortable for that but then things changed. I used them twice for very moderate cross training sessions on my carpeting and found my foot slid to side of shoe and offered no support whatsoever. I just figured I would wear them around and not worry about it until I noticed they were, for lack of a better word, crimping at the cheap vinyl on the inside of one shoe where it was pretty pronounced and the outside of the other which was not as obvious. There was no way I could get rid of the crimping. I tried putting an orthotic inside thinking it might fill the space but no such luck. These shoes may be fine for casual wear but definitely not good for one's feet. I will never be buying another pair of Asics and now am struggling to figure out what to buy now as a true cross trainer. For now I will be working out with my old trusty Asics that are four years old. I would not recommend this shoe.

I have worn the Gel Craze 3 for years and LOVE them! I had several pairs. Now that they updated with the Gel Craze 4 I am extremely disappointed. There is no side support in the toe box to hold my foot for side to side movements. So my foot moves. The tongue is small and is not comfortable. I returned them. The quality is definitely lower than the Gel Craze 3. Now I don't know what shoe to get.
