These pants have been my go-to for casual wear. I haven't worn them on a hike but I've been sliding them on regularly for everyday wear. They are light, roomy, and very comfortable. They are about 2 inches too long when walking barefoot or wearing sneakers but I'd prefer the extra length when I wear boots. I haven't had them too long to details the longevity of the pants but I'm sure they will be with me for a long time.

I'm 65 years old. A lot of clothes seem to be made for younger, thinner, more active people. When I find pants that fit, and are multi-purpose, I buy several. These work for casual shopping, or lunch out. These work for serious hiking. You barely feel them. The bottoms let you snug them up, to keep stuff out of your boots! They come in neutral colors. They have zippered pockets for phones... or snacks....or whatever. I've never written a review. Couldn't help it.

I live in Arizona and always looking for clothes to keep me cool and comfortable and at 111 degrees outside I'm cool and comfortable thx north face and I'm going to consider summer hiking this year

Pants feel great and are so comfy! I fell as though it feels more lose as the day goes on but overall great pant!

I purchased this pant for a trip to Guatemala. Worked great. Light weight so I wasn't too hot and dried quickly with the afternoon rains. My only complaint is I'm 5'10 and they are a bit short to wear with regular shoes. Luckily I was wearing them with a hiking boot so they didn't look too short.

Love these pants, they are great for travel, can wash and dry in one day. Very comfortable, they do run a little large and long, when I ordered my second pair I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfect.

I am figure skating coach. These pants allow me to stay warm as I watch my skaters to their thing but also allows me to demonstrate all moves. I never feel comfortable with jeans or other pants. These Aphrodite pants allow me to focus on my task at hand instead of pulling up my pants because they fit in my thighs and hips but are too big in the waist. Thank you The Northface for creating the pants that make me feel like a living Aphrodite

I have the Aphrodite pants in two colors plus a pair of the capri length. I wear them hiking, around the house, and out running errands. I love the waistband. It's so hard to find pants with an elastic waist that is not too tight. The waistband on these is wide and not tight, and it holds the pants on my hips. There is also a drawstring that I usually leave loose and untied. If I am hiking, I can choose to tighten it. The bottoms of the pants also have an elastic cord that can be adjusted. I find the cinched bottom quite stylish and keeps the pant bottom from getting dirty on the streets and trails. The fabric is perfect because it dries quick for outdoors use and has stretch for movement, but they don't necessarily look like hiking pants.

Perfect hiking pants. Very good fit except the length. They are not offered in short so I will need to shorten them. I like the fact that they come close to the waistline which is a nicer fit for older older women.

I've been seeking a viable alternative to Lululemon's studio pant whose quality has markedly deteriorated over the years and North Face has created it. I am IN LOVE with these pants. They are just the right length and I am thrilled that I don't have to cinch the bottom as I did with the aforementioned brand. They hug in all the right places but are designed to not reveal any figure flaws. They have just a touch of flare at the bottom which is something I need as I have thicker calves and a totally straight or skinny leg doesn't flatter me. I can dress them up or down. They look great with heels or flats and, of course, runners. They move so well. I'm a marathon walker and stair climber and these pants aren't constrictive or overly warm. They are light and will be perfect for spring, summer and fall. I am 5'5" and Medium Regular Length fit perfectly. My only ask is for more colours please. Like navy. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE QUALITY OR THE DESIGN AND PLEASE KEEP MANUFACTURING THESE PANTS.

these pants fit great. light weight fabric is very comfortable. can wear them for days and days, pick them up off the floor next day and they still look great. my absolute favorites

I really like these pants. I think I could live in them. They are extremely comfortable (I love the drawstring and wide waistband). They are really, really lightweight and very fast-drying. They are perfect for spring and summer travel. I purchased them for hiking and the only thing I would like to see in these pants is a side pocket (on the thigh). The only pockets these pants have are front pockets (none in the back) and they're deep, but not quite conducive to holding things when hiking. I also purchased a pair of Kuhl pants and they have plenty of pockets, so I'll keep both pants for different activities.

These pants are as cute as they are comfortable. I ordered these pants as a casual, comfy, day to day pant, but I find myself wearing them for everything. They are breathable and comfortable for hiking, great for day to day wear, and even stylish enough that I can pair them with a nicer top for business casual. I plan on buying a few more pants. They are soft, lightweight, and incredibly comfortable. They fit just slightly bigger than true to size. I am a medium, larger end of medium, and they fit me perfectly. North Face, you deliver every time I try one of your products!

Love these! Bought the only color offered in the Short length, size M. Would buy all colors if the grey and black came in Short also. Not all of us are tall. Would like to see the other colors offered in the Short length.

I couldn't believe how well these pants fit. I am 5 feet tall, and everything is too long. These fit very well. I was able to tighten the ankle area with the elastic pull tabs and the pants fit perfectly over my hiking boots. These are coming with me on two trips this year -- Alaska, and Rwanda gorilla trekking.

I love these pants. I have looked at almost all other brands on the market and finally decided to order these. After I received them and wore them a couple of times, I ordered them in every other color they have.

I own 2 pairs of these pants which I wore all summer for hiking in the mountains and love them. They are also great for running errands in town. I wanted to order 3 more pairs for hiking this upcoming season and was really disappointed that you no longer offer the XXL size. Please bring them back! They are perfect for hiking and fit beautifully.

I bought a pair of these in the store and fell in love. I have finally found a comfortable elastic, draw string pants to wear for any occasion. I bought them for my summer hikes this season. As soon as I put these pants on I didn't want to take them off. They are very comfortable and soft. I wore them to work (i'm a medical assistant) and the will now be my go to pant instead of scrubs. I plan to purchase one of each color. I also felt like i hit the jackpot when I found out they come in capri's. I purchased the capri's in the same size for additional summer wear. I have also worn the capris and these pants to my yoga/pilates classes!

Love my new Aphrodite pants. They are not baggy and are the perfect length. The material feels really good, is a great color and can''t wait to wear them for lots of different activities. North Face has again proven to have quality products.

I walk a trail 5 miles per day and these are the most comfortable/durable pants I have found!!

I'm 5'1 95lbs and got a size xs short. Fit is pretty good as i struggle to find hiking pants to fit my slim build. These are the best adult pants I've found- have bought kids sizes before. The inseam on this is good- maybe a quarter to half an inch longer than I'd prefer but fine worn with most shoes. Plus the bottom inseam scrunches in so I could easily shorten and tuck under. Otherwise very sort and easy to get on and off.

These are *the most* comfortable pants in the world. Period. Hiking, trail running, lounging, grocery shopping...I never want to take them off. I'm 5'6" 130 lb and the small fits perfectly.
