I love this version of the gel nimbus (19). I feel the width is just fine for my average to a bit wide feet. The length is just like it was in my 17’s - perfect. I wish there was more of a defined arch, but I can always switch an arch support in. The cushioning and comfort is fabulous!

I love these Asics. I run a few marathons a year, and run at least 40 miles a week throughout the year. These are supportive and soft, but with enough support and stiffness so they aren't mushy. Took me trying and failing with hoka and addidas ultrabounce to land on these. the toe box is small but it keeps your toes from wandering all over the place. Has helped my achilles tendonitis as well. I plan to buy another pair. Good in inclement weather. Not waterproof per se, but certainly give more protection against the elements. Surprisingly lightweight for such good support.

Great shoe. I am a nurse, so I am on my feet for 12-16hrs at a time. These shoes have been wonderful. Highly recommend.

Returned for Kayano 24. The Nimbus felt like the most amazing shoes I have ever put on my feet. Supportive, and the heel cushion - oh my! Squats for days!!! However, they felt HEAVY and BULKY compared to the Kayano 24. I couldn’t imagine running long distance in the Nimbus so I returned them. I am now a Kayano 24 fanatic.

These are very comfortable and supportive athletic shoes. I wear a 6.5 or 7 in regular shoes, 7.5 in athletic shoes, and bought these in 8 medium; they fit perfectly and I did not have any problem with them being too tight or a narrow toe box. I've tried many brands over the years but keep coming back to Asics because of the quality and support. I can't yet speak to how long these will last, but I'm very happy for now.

These run very small. I've been wearing a 9.5 in this shoe for many years and this particular version it is at least a half size small - could barely get my foot in and definitely couldn't run in them.

Great improvements on fit from the previous model. Unlike the other reviewers, I thought the previous models were generally too wide and loose.

Love the shoe! Great pair of running sneakers!

Asics Gel Nimbus 19 are by far the best and most comfortable running shoes I've tried. The shock absortion of these shoes are unsurpassed compared to other running shoes and they fit sooo comfortably right out of the box. Once I tried them I've never gone back !
