I was gifted this coat to replace and retire my nearly 20 yr TNF jacket. Unfortunatley, today's TNF quality vs their quality of the paSt can't be compared. The high price tag is no longer justified by a high quslity product, your simply paying for the brand name. Extremely dissapointed in the low quality zipper, is cheap and chinsey. And It is Not a two way zipper, which greatly restricts movement for short individuals like myself.

Northface disappointed me here...they do not offer a jacket that will fit a full figure. A 3X fit perfectly but wouldn't zip in the chest...if I go with a men's style too long and big everywhere else. C'mon Northface, we are not all stringbeans!

Well made coat but runs very small. Wish it was made in bigger sizes to accommodate running small.

I love the color. Its very thin and not very warm. I've only had it a couple of weeks and the zipper is already coming apart.

Went for basic black instead. I will be returning.

Very disappointed when I used it cross country skiing. Lots of condensation between the mesh and the shell that kept me soaking wet and cold. Looks great though. I will probably just use it as a summer rain jacket although I have not had a chance to test how good a job it does for rain protection.

The zipper comes off the track frequently or gets caught in the material and gets stuck. The zippers on the pockets do the same thing as well. One zipper got so stuck, I was not able to get my keys out of my pocket and had to rip the zipper tab off to get my pocket opened.

Expected better from North Face, have had my Bionic for over 4 years, has held up great, needed a rain jacket, ordered the resolve, disappointed in poor quality lining around inner collar that snags easily, and has already pulled and snagged getting caught up in the Velcro over the zipper in the first washing-sleeves too long and no way to tighten them, so they hit my finger tips, offers ZERO warmth--don't want the hassle of shipping it back, so I probably wont return it-- on the bright side, it's light enough, it won't take up much room in the back of my closet-

I was greatly disappointed in this jacket. I ordered this mid summer and saved it until fall to wear and unfortunately, will be returning it. I ordered the gray with the pink lining and had several concerns overall with this jacket: 1. The picture is deceiving as the photo appears the inside of the hood is white/gray but really the inside of the hood is bright pink (a little too much pink for me) 2. There is no inside hook on the inner collar to hang the jacket up? ....this is really strange 3. There are no pull ties to tighten the hood so hood easily slips off your head in the wind 4. The zippered pockets kept getting stuck on the fabric 5. Overall the jacket is a pretty tight fit - not able to wear a sweater or sweatshirt really underneath would not recommend

Very cheap and over priced

I am super disappointed in the quality of this new version of the one i bought many years ago. The fit is weird and it feels like plastic. I want my old one back, in fact. I'll buy from Eddie Bauer from now on.

Absolutely garbage. Very cheap. I returned this in November and still waiting for refund. I called customer service and was treated like garbage TERRIBLE COMPANY

Walked the dog in a light to medium rainfall and got soaked. This is not a true waterproof jacket.

I'm petite large breasted woman. Most of my close is size Large, some of them Medium. This jacket marked XL, but I had difficulties to zip it up. When women gain weight they grow breasts and stomach. We are not getting taller and wider in shoulders. Please, redesign this jacket. I believe you're loosing a lot of customers.

Not true to size! I am usually a 2x and the 3x didn't even zip.

I wish I could love this jacket, but the zipper keeps splitting in two every time I wear it. Very disappointing.

Returned because it was to big and still haven't gotten a refund.

The green color of this windbreaker is too bright. The fabric is like a hard canvas. It will be a good rain coat, but not conformable to wear. I don't recommend this product.

I ordered a small and a large was shipped. Now the small is out of stock. This was a Christmas present and I'm so upset.

The jacket is not waterproof on the shoulders. I had to pay $25.00 to mail the jacket to Northface so they could assess the claim and despite it not being waterproof they declined my claim. So, I just wasted $25 on top of the purchase price of the jacket. Very disappointed.

This is not water proof and the rain leaves white spots.It runs large in girth, but is short.

I bought this coat from the north face store being told it was waterproof. After 10 mins the rain it fails. I brought it back to the store and they said oh we will send it into get checked to see why it wasnt working. I received a note saying it's only water resistant not water proof! Why then do your employees and your website say it's waterproof. Stand by your products. North face.very disappointed

I am a size 16/18, which makes me the average size in the US. I ordered an XXL, it was way too small. My little sister who wears a size Small almost everywhere tried it on and it was only a little big on her. It is 100% unreasonable for you not to make jackets that fit the average sized american woman. I will actively be discouraging my friends from buying your gear. I bought a 3XL in another jacket (the only jacket you make in 3xl, it is not as cute, but it fits.) The only reason i will not be sending it back too is because I DESPERATELY need a rain coat. I am going on a hiking weekend. Averaged sized women hike too and it is pretty horrible not to be able to buy needed gear.

I wanted to love this rain coat. I live in the Pacific Northwest so good rain gear is a must. After just 1 day, carrying my cell phone and bike key in my pocket, the seam became badly torn. The pocket seems to be made out of a cheap, taffeta like material: the fabric just completely falls apart and there is no way to fix it unless you purchase some fabric to patch it. I normally love Northface products but am very disappointed with this rain coat.

I purchased the Revolve 2 windbreaker two weeks ago and the zipper has been broken for a few days now. It's unavoidable. I paid 100 dollars almost for this jacket and was expecting it to last me longer than two weeks. I'm highly disappointed. Is there anything you can do?
