I live in the south and we get a lot of rain and cold weather. This jacket suits my need as I don't like big, bulky items. I originally bought it for myself, but my "special needs" daughter apparently loved the color and kept eyeballing it so I gave it to her after I only wore it twice. She thinks she is something g special wearing it (she really is). It has good pockets and it's very roomy. The size fits perfectly as ordered to my normal size. You can pull the cord to make it tighter around the waist if desired so no cold air or rain will enter.

Really love this jacket. It's not as thick as my previous north face rain coat, but the extra ventilation is great

I am happy to have a new venture jacket. I had my other one for so many years the lining wore out. It is always great to this on hand.

I like this jacket especially when it rains, the water doesn't soak through! It's a very light jacket

Love this rain jacket - not too heavy for warmer weather and good for layering for colder weather. I ended up ordering up a size from my usual to allow for more room for layers.

My wife and I have been buying Northface clothing for over 30 years. We love the quality, the field, the fifth and the durability. We will always look to North face first for clothing and outerwear.

I love the Venture 2 Jacket comfortable, water proof and keeps me warm enough for days 45 degrees and above.

Sister was jealous of my jacket so I got her one as a gift for Christmas. She loves it!

I love it! The fit is perfect. 5'2 200lbs. And it's perfect for the South Carolina rain and where it doesn't get very cold rain often. Also light enough for summer rain. Very happy with my purchase.

I like this jacket. It fits well. I tested it in wind and rain. Does what it's suppose to do. Only thing is doesn't keep you warm. Which is no problem I just wear a thin sweater or jacket underneath.

Super light not heavy at all. I do not recommend this jacket for going to the snow this is more for rain..light to medium rain.

Great rain coat

This is a replacement for my earlier Venture 2 jacket six years earlier. It's the perfect rain jacket - it's lightweight, has large underarm zip vents, two front pockets, a hood, and it really keeps the rain off. I had to stop using my previous one, as the white inner lining started flaking about four years after I bought it. This was messy, and also resulted in lessening of the waterproofing in some high use areas. However, the price is right, and this jacket is a winner. I just wish they still offered the lovely turquoise blue color.
