Runs small in length and in width. I even ordered 2E and they were barely wide enough for my (usually D width) feet

Very nice shoe but niece has a very wide flat foot with a bunion. These shoes are not wide enough for her. They certainly do not fit like an extra wide.

I've been wearing GT-2000's for many years. They have always fit my foot so well. When the 4 came out I went up a 1/2 size per other reviewers recommendation. They were very comfortable- good support, right amount of cushion, good fit in the heel cup, and plenty of room in the toe box without looking wide. So I didn't hesitate to order two pairs of version 5. Once again, based on reviewers comments, I had to size up a bit, but that's no problem. But when these shoes arrived and I eagerly tried them on, I was surprised at how differently they fit from the 4s. First of all, they are stiff and cheap feeling. They are not soft and cushiony inside. Also, they squeak when I walk and run! What's up with that?! I gave both pairs a fair shot- wore them around the house for several days to give them the benefit of the doubt. After all, these are "my shoe." But, I can't justify keeping them. My big toes were falling asleep, my heels ached after an hour of wear, and the squeaking was driving me crazy! I don't know why asics has to redisign the GT-2000 each year. Some years they are great, but this year is not one of them.

I ordered an 11.5 extra wide at first. I had to return them for a 12. Other than that, I love the shoes.

This is my third pair. I normally wear a size 7-7.5 in regular shoes but I usually wear an 8 for athletic shoes and the 8s fit perfect. This is the only shoe I’ve found that provides enough support for over-pronation. I don’t do much running, but am very active and try to wear these shoes as much as possible since the support provides so much comfort to my feet.

I bought these strictly for training and half marathons. I have ridiculously wide feet but standard to narrow heels. I have been paying double the price for my New Balances for years, but took a chance on these. I'm so glad I did! I knew the moment I put them on that they were a game changer! They are incredibly comfortable, and I love the super wide toe box! I also love the navy/pink color combo! The farthest I've gone in these is a 10 mile run and they were great! Thank you Zappos for carrying 2E sizes!

These are pretty comfortable and I love the colors. I size up in my tennis shoes 1/2 size on the recommendation of someone who operates a running store here. I normally wear a 9 but got these in a 9 1/2.

I usually buy a size up for running shoes, just so I am more comfortable -- got these in a size 7, they feel great. I usually buy a size 6/6.5 for shoes like flats or converse sneakers. I would recommend getting a half size up at least just to be 100% comfortable, size 6 might have been a little snug. They have excellent arch support and are VERY cushiony. I work in a medical office (on my feet all day) and I got these to use for work, they are great!

This is the third pair of Asics GT-2000 shoes that I have purchased and I love them. I need extra support in order for me to avoid aching feet and legs. I am a long, active walker and these shoes provide excellent arch support and leg support. I simply *love* them

I usually wear Asics sneakers for running and have for years. These are similar to the ones I got last time. I don't feel that the toe box is extra wide, but it is fine. I have only worn these twice running so far, but they seem pretty good so far. I didn't like the green shoelaces (a little too bright for me), so I traded those out for some black ones. The rim of the sneaker is very soft and comfortable.

These shoes have made me a big ASICS fan. I bought a pair for both of my daughters and they have played very hard in them and the shoes are still in very good shape. They are comfortable out of the box and wash well without interfering with the quality. We will be purchasing these again once they grow out of them.

I wear 71/2M, after reading the reviews, I decided to buy 8M, I’m so glad, they fit awesome and comfy.

For some reason my were squeaky..

Too small! I ordered the size I have worn in a running shoe and this was absolutely a half size too small. My toes hit the front and we know what that means.... injury. Therefore, I returned them. They were really comfortable, lots of cushion. Other than the sizing issue I would recommend this shoe.

Fits my daughter’s very narrow feet just fine. We use Hickies instead of laces, and she really likes them.

These are the best running shoes I have ever owned. They give great support but are much more cushioned than other brands I have tried. They are VERY comfortable but still give me the support I need with high arches.

I wish I'd purchased two at a time which is what I usually do because it's so hard to find a shoe that works for my flat feet. I tend to just keep buying whatever available version of the same shoe is available but had to switch to this one when my previous wasn't available. It did feel rough on the inside at first, as if the materials were rubbing against my sock but this went away after a few weeks. I would just suggest thicker socks until it goes away. Overall, VERY happy with this shoe. I just wish the wide sizes came in more colors but it's typical to only come in 1 color for most brands I've tried anyways.

I originally ordered a 9N, but had to order a size 9 1/2N. Just barely long enough, but does fit well and very comfortable. I love the shoe and may order another 9 1/2N, just to make sure they don’t run out of stock later. Great price too!

I've worn GT-2000s for years. They are my favorite running shoe. And every time I order a new pair, I know to size up a 1/2 size. Always have done that and they fit great.

Very comfortable, flexible, light weight and cute! I will purchase these again when I wear these ones out!
