I originally purchased in my regular size 9. I wasn’t sure of the fit - couldn’t tell if they were too small or just uncomfortable. Decided to purchase a 9.5 for comparison and glad I did. Turns out going a half size up made all the difference. Loving this 9.5 shoe for the cold and icy Northeast winter. Returning the 9 - very happy customer. PS: Gunmetal goes with everything.

They ran larger than the waterproof jungle moc. Slipped right off my feet.

I HAD A PAIR OF THESE MERRILL SHOES FOR YEARS AND YEARS; I LOVED THEM, THEY LOOKED ALMOST NEW BUT SADLY LOST THEM IN A MOVE. NOW I'VE REORDERED THEM WITH A NEW ICE SOLE AND AM EVEN MORE DELIGHTED. GREAT SHOES!!

This is a great shoe that helps keep you upright in snow or ice. The fit is true to size and has a noticeable arch support. These shoes can be worn with or without socks, they fit well and look nice.

Fit was good, and allows me to wear a heavy ski sock, as I bought the shoe to wear back and forth to ski slopes. Also works with a lighter sock. Fit between different Merrell models is not consistent. I ordered a different model, Merrell encore braided slide Q2 and sent it back because the 7.5 was way too big.

I have had two previous pairs of Merrell Jungle Moc boots and know that they run small. I usually take a 7 but in this case I go with a 7 l/2 and they fit perfectly with lightweight Smartwool socks.

I bought these Merrells based on several reviews stating they would be great in snow and ice. Looking to take them with me on international travel, and did not want to lug heavy snow boots. These seem perfect. I purchased both the 8 and 8 1/2 when I read reviews stating they run small. I did not find this to be the case. Maybe with thicker socks they will be a little snug, however I wore these with typical socks and they were very comfortable. Appeared to be very supportive. Didn't pinch, chafe, nothing. Wore them for nearly a full day indoors and they were quite comfortable. Looking forward to taking them with me on holidays. They seem like they will pack well and not add much weight to my bag. Merrells are typically great walking footwear, so not surprised with this purchase. Very satisfied.

These are exactly what I wanted. The grass is wet when I take the dog out in the morning. And of course they will be perfect in icy and snowy weather because the treaded sole and waterproof leather

This is a great shoe and it is very sturdy for my daily barn duties. The arch support is what gets me - so much so I just ordered a pair of Merrell work boots!
