The fit is a little narrow and stiff. I can typically run (really) in most Sam Edelman heels out of the box. They always fit well. With these, I got blisters on the first wear. The shoes are pretty. The color is a bit more sparkly than expected.

beautiful shoe but too small. I'm typically a size 10 and I got a size 10. Unfortunately it was too small and there is no half size (10.5) - would have fit great.

Fit and size was good. Shoes are comfortable for the most part especially for a heel this high. The only problem I had was the shoes and box came smelling of mildew. I tried to air them out and used a deodorizing spray, I would have returned them but needed them for an event. The smell is still there and now wish I would have returned them.

I didn't even make it into my office before my feet were in so much pain I had to switch to my flats. Its only a 50 foot walk, nothing extraordinary. I typically make it all day in my heels. So sad because they are beautiful.

These are really sexy shoes, with that perfect mix of professional and sassy. I'd read reviews about how comfortable they were, so I was excited to find a nice heel that I could wear for hours. For me, that won't work. I can wear them for short periods of time, or in situations where there won't be much walking. They're pretty and make my legs look magnificent. But if I need to spend a ton of time on my feet, this shoe won't cut it.

Very stylish, but extremely uncomfortable. Too tight in the toe box and the skinny heel makes it difficult to support your body.

These shoes are beautiful. On a shelf. If anyone here is successful walking lengths in aforementioned shoes, you deserve a prize. I found them (a) VERY tight; (b) VERY high (and I am many things: not a gymnast); (c) VERY slippery (the soles barely held on my two second try on). If purchasing for a photo shoot, go for it. The shoes are sparkly, and beautiful. If purchasing to indeed wear, be careful :)

The box and packaging was quite impressive, as was the shoe itself as far as style and craftsmanship. As far as comfort, they were okay. Bearable, not the most uncomfortable, but since I'm buying these to be worn as a bridesmaid where I'll be on my feet all day and walking around - I decided to send them back.

It's a beautiful shoe and if you can handle walking in 4" heels, go for it! They were too high for me. Loved the color and material though, wish they could have worked.

I was a HUGE Sam Edelman fan. The comfort and style of the Hazel in particular could not be best. A great transitional shoe that easily goes from work to happy hour/cocktail and beyond. I notice however the quality has decreased. I see the glue to the soles and the shoes fit more narrow whether they are suede or leather and my new leather pair scuffed easily. I’m sad because I really loved this brand. I haven’t had this issue with any other brands/fits other than the Sam Edelman hazel. I own six pair in different colors and all the same size. Going up a size doesn’t work because they are too big. I hope this is a temporary problem due to the pandemic. This makes me wonder if the shoes from Nordstrom (which fit perfect) are made by another manufacturer va the ones I purchased at Zappos which look like they are hastily made and fit more narrow.

Basically true to size and color was a nice nude -- usually either an 8.5 or 9 in Sam shoes. In this case choose the 9 due to narrow toe box and it was ok. Just found that due to the very high heel the toe of the shoe sort of stood up and looked awkward on my foot. Returned - heel really too high and narrow for me - I did not think I would be comfortable in these for an extended period of time.

I don’t know how anyone can say these are comfortable, even for high heels. They are not. First, they are too pointy. Unless your feet were bound at birth, they are not ergonomic. Second, the heel is too wide. I have a wider forefoot than heel (most feet are naturally shaped this way) so my toes jam in the front and slip out in the back. Perfect storm. The quality is fine, and the style is good if you like super-pointy shoes, which I do not prefer. Gucci seems to be the only shoe that fits me but they usually have zero padding unless you get platforms. For the record, I’m a size 9.5-10M. I bought these in a 10M and they were long enough.

I loved these and was so sad to have to return them they ran so big! I ordered a 10w my normal size (I wear a 10.5 in sneakers) I NEVER wear a 9.5 and would need to size down 1/2- to a full size! I hope you get more back in stock!

These shoes are gorgeous and didn’t kill my feet as bad as I thought they would! Only bummer is they stretched. The 8 fit perfectly when I tried on at home and then after a few hours they were so stretched out I could’ve easily gone with the 7.5. Size down.
