The shoe feels narrow and extra flat in the heel area. I like a little bit of a heel, not super flat. The insole will not remove so I cannot use my orthotic, so these shoes will not work for me.

I purchased these shoes as a gift. The recipient was commiserating about the dearth of comfortable lace up walking shoes that were available at a price point so that she could have multiple colors and styles to choose from as the seasons change. Within minutes, I was able to show her how to search for precisely those characteristics that she desires, and she settled upon this shoe. She was delighted with the price, the process and the resulting purchase which felt true to size, was delivered as described on the website within 48 hours, and which felt secure on her foot. Additionally, the shoe is more youthful and lightweight than some 'comfort' models, especially those that do not require laces. This is a shoe that can be worn like a sneaker, but can be worn out to dinner or to a show without sacrificing comfort. - Which is to say that the gift recipient was thrilled with the purchase.

I purchased these shoes at another store. I normally wear a 6/12 M but they felt tight, so I got a 7M. I have quite a number of Skechers shoes and they are all 6 1/2 M and fit fine. However, after wearing the 7 M for a short time, I found one shoe was loose and rubbing my heal. I purchased gel heel inserts and used one on the slightly bigger shoe. Problem solved. This is the reason I only gave the shoe a four star. My feet are the same size but the shoes weren't. That said, I absolutely love these shoes. They are extremely comfortable and stylish. I get many compliments on these shoes. I do a lot of walking, at least 4 to 5 miles a day. At the end of the day, my feet feel as good as they had in the morning.

These are beautiful shoes! Very comfortable and pretty (if that's possible for sneakers!) - I bought the brown pair too - also as wonderful!

Great shoe, very comfortable and looks great on. I was looking for a lace up shoe for work and this one was it. I ordered a 9.5 which is a little big. Usually wear a 9 or 9.5 in this brand so went for the larger size. Had to reorder, these ran a little bigger. Recommend for a nicer looking casual shoe.

I always take a Size 5. I exchanged the Size 5 for a Size 5-1/2. The person I chatted with at Zappos, was excellent. She was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I will highly recommend Zappos to my friends and family.

Extremely comfortable and very cute! I think they are true to fit but since I have to put orthotics in my shoes, a half size larger than my foot size worked best for me.
