does not stay on foot, dangerous to walk in!!!

I have many pairs of Clarks shoes because they typically have good arch support. Unfortunately...these shoes have zero arch support, and I'll have to return them. It's a shame because these shoes are VERY cute and comfy in all other aspects. But I spent too many years in pain getting my Plantar Fasciitis under control to risk damaging my feet again by wearing these shoes.

Although I need a high arch, these had an arch on the outside of the shoe causing pain along the outside length of my foot.

returning because you sent two left shoes! tried to exchange but the site wouldn't allow me. Check the box so you don't send out to someone else. The one shoe fit perfectly - I would have kept them!

I had a pair of these before Ana they felt so much better constricted and comfortable , I do need to return and get a half size smaller

After wearing these I began to experience knee and ankle pain. I quit wearing them for several days during which time I my pain was improved. When I tried them again the pain returned. I believe the thick cushioned soles just did not offer stable support.

These shoes are SO ugly. They look nice in the picture but now after seeing them in person I’ll be returning them. I didn’t even try them on.

I just don't like the feel of the material. Unfortunately, I ordered 3 in different colors, they're all going back. So sorry....

I really wanted to like these after all the good reviews, but they run slightly small and the style is very dated.

These sure don’t feel comfortable. My friend bought a pair and they are soft to walk in hence the name cloudsteppers. The ones I received feel like hard plastic hollow soles. Dissppointed

Shoes are usually too big for me. Sometimes I wear a 4.5. But these were a whole size too small. Could my feet be growing in my 40’s? I don’t think so.

PLEASE MAKE THESE IN NARROW!!! Beautiful but too wide and straps too high for my narrow feet. I was optimistic because some reviews said they run small, but unfortunately another beautiful shoe doesn't fit.
