Platform too heavy for straps, flopped around

The straps were so loose. I have wide feet bout I couldn’t even keep then on my feet when I walked. They are super cute tho,,,

These fit well and felt comfortable. My concern is that the fabric offered very little support. After walking around the sofa a couple of times, I was feeling my feet slide in the shoe. Going to return.

I could not keep these sandals on my feet as I walked. Very disappointing.

I am an 8.5US. On ordering, it was suggested to go with 8US (whole size only), resulting in 8US too short and 9US waaay to big. Returning. It's a shame as they were cute and comfy.

Nice sandal. I wear an 8.5 and it kept slipping off my foot.

I have narrow feet and even purchasing a size a little smaller, the shoes were to loose. They looked nice though.

I bought the same sandal previously and it fit just fine. I think this sandal was mis-marked for size.

I have purchased these before and I love them. The new ones in the exact same size and color are much smaller than the originals, in both length and width. Plus they have changed the sole into a cheaper feeling slippery material. Very disappointed!

it felt like walking on a board. very comfortable fit & nice materials & color, but only good for sitting around.

These are cute but the toe separator is too far down. I've not had this issue before. I kept thinking they'd break in, but no. Thank goodness for Zappos generous and awesome return policy.

It wasn’t right for my feet. I need more support unfortunately and I’m worried that these won’t provide that support.

I like Clarks, and I have a couple sandles in a size 9 with the cushion comfort foot bed and they fit great. These flip flops are too small and my toes hang over in the size 9. Also, my foot seems to tweek a bit sideways in these. They are uncomfortable for me, but I could see them being wonderful for someone! They are really cute!

The sole of this sandal is very comfy. The problem I experienced (only on my right foot) was the knot in the strap. The knot lays just below the big toe. It is a fairly large knot and pushes in hard. It actually causes a bruise when I walk. The sandal is otherwise very comfortable. The knot really cannot be re-positioned. It is a bummer because otherwise, these are great.

Cute red and white for summer, not too much arch support. Also very squishy so about as supportive as flip flops

Made so much noise as you walked! Kind of slapped the foot since the she did not stay on the foot. Very large. Had to return. sorry

Had to return as it was too small. Other Clark shoes bought were perfect fit. Been buying Clark’s for 50 years and never had a problem til factory went to China. Difficult now to gauge any fit with them anymore.

These shoes arrived having been worn. There is debris in trapped in the soles and there were even toe marks from another person. I ordered them in two colors, black & navy, I kept the navy as they were NOT previously worn. I appreciate that you allow free returns, however, when someone is ordering a pair of shoes, they expect new shoes and not used ones. The fabric is NOT stretchy at all, unlike a pair purchased locally with a softer, gray heather fabric. The navy ones I kept will take some usage to soften up the material.

Fit fine and comfortable, but I was looking for arch support. They don't have any more than a flip flop from Payless Shoes. They are solid. Thong fabric is scratchy. Worth $20 not more than $40....

I loved these sandals when I first got them. They were a comfortable right out of the box as everyone has said. My only complaint was that they made my feet sweat now and then. I typically buy a new pair of sandals each summer then live in them. I did the same with these sandals. And then the balls of my feet started to hurt. The soles eventually compress and that led to my foot pain. I can't wear any sandals right now while my feet recover. There's still a lot of summer left, so I'm hoping to get back into a different pair of sandals soon.

Love the sandal, but very slippery sole. Wish they had all rubber bottoms. Going back.

Too hard and unbendasble for my 80 year old feet!

Shoe was not comfortable. I typically think Clarks are great, but not this pair. Plus walking in them hurt my back. Ugh.

I have several pairs of these dlip flops and love them. I was super excited when I saw this pair of navy blue on sale to replace my older pair. Sadly, on shoe was totally stretched out, and I had to send them back. Very bummed about the poor quality of this pair

This is a comfortable and stylish sandal, but it runs small. I’m a size 7 but it felt like a 6. I exchanged them for a size 8 since there are no half sizes.
