With the pandemic and concern for an indoor gym, I've started walking. I had this shoe previously and it was great. The new one is also great - support and comfort.

Great feeling shoe. After 2-3 years, the soles want to come loose

I use these as gym floor trainers and they are great. I ordered 1/2 size up and glad I did-as with all NB shoes I am an 11 in street shoes and an 11.5 in NB...great stability and fit. LOVE NB-I must have 10 pairs now.

Size matters to me. Need large toe box and 4x width. This works great.

Bless New Balance for making shoes in large sizes. Where else could I get size 14 6E?

So simple to do. I knew what I wanted. Ordered and they deliver. I like The 857 walking shoe. Knowing what you want to buy and size is a must.

My primary shoe - wear it most every day. Buy a pair every year.

These are great shoes, they are extremely comfortable and great for walking.

I needed a comfortable training shoe for (home) gym. I only have a recumbent bike, and my HOKAs felt super bulky. May sound silly. However, definitely worth it. Love the feel and sturdiness and overall quality of the shoe.

This shoe feels more comfortable and supportive than my previous shoes from the swoosh.

Exactly what I ordered and exactly what I expected in fit and quality.

I've worn NB for years. I will add new insoles after a month or two.

Excellent product, just what I was looking for, great fit

I walk 12 miles a day and they're very comfortable and supportive.

Step class and long walks. Very good fit and support. I replace every three months due to heavy use.

I use this product in navy for everything except dress wear. They are perfect. Don`t change a thing. Every time you change a product that I buy multiples of I can`t use them and it ruins my life.

New Balance identifies the product as a cross training shoe. Essential workers will benefit from its many features to work in different job descriptions. It's definitely not a running shoe.

I especially like the look of these in this blue-grey suede. They have a very good fit with a fairly wide toe box without being boxy. They are a tad stiff so not the ideal shoe if you're looking for a softer/bouncier feel. I suspect this means that they will have solid roll support as advertised.
