Love this show very comfy. recommended by a nurse friend that works on her feet a lot. I tend to poke a hole in the top of the toe box with my big toe lol the trim that covers it seems to be keeping the hole from wearing through I have one problem the sole comes unglued along the edges on the sides. kind of annoying but i will glue it back

These make my feet sweat and they normally don't sweat at all. I usually wear ASICS

The toe box on this shoe is smaller than previous versions and caused friction against my little toes.

I had a hard time finding some running shoes to fit me. I normally wear a 7.5 in sneakers. I first got the GTS 16 in an 8 (normal width) from a different store. I wore them at my house for a couple of hours and they were too tight. I ordered the GTS 16 from Zappos in an 8W and a 7.5W. Neither of those worked out for me. I returned those and ordered 8.5W and 8.5 normal width in GTS 17 as Zappos no longer had the GTS 16s available. I kept the 8.5 normal width as the wide felt too large. I wore each pair for several hours around my house to make sure that they would work out. I've now worn the ones I kept a couple of times to run in and they are working out fine. They have a lot more support than the previous shoes I was wearing, which weren't really running shoes.

Love the shoes! I got the purple color and got lots of compliments on them. This is my second pair of Adrenaline. I had the Adrenaline 12 and wore them for 2 years. I gave these shoes 4 stars because I think that compared to the previous pair these are made with less attention to detail. Less leather was around the heel of the shoe, and the laces on tongue of the shoe are not constructed as well as on the older shoe. Also, the heel is slipping just a bit, but there is no way I could go smaller. But overall is a good shoe.

I love the look of these shoes, and the cushioning seems great. The heels were too wide for me, however, so I have to return them. If you have narrow heels, I think they might work if you wear thick socks, but I do not like thick socks, so these shoes did not work for me. I am a walker, not a runner, so I'm going to try Ryka instead because, according to the reviews, they are made for a woman's foot.

Brooks has been my new go to shoe. I was a diehard Asics fan but they started getting cheap in their manufacturing. These are very comfy and very supportive. They do run quite small so ordered a size bigger because my original pair didnt fit. They are a big narrow in the toe for my liking. It made my knees feel much better when I got back into a good pair of shoes.

I really wanted to like these shoes, meaning the color and style, and kept them for awhile.... unworn....undecided... until I finally was convinced I just could never like the colors...at all. They don't really look like the online pictures...the gray is darker than I thought it would be, and the bright purple and turquoise accent colors just make them look gaudy. They wouldn't look good worn with any clothes I own, so...in the end....they're being returned. Why do walking/running shoes have to be made in such wild (and hideous, in my opinion) color combinations these days?

I usually wear the Brookes Addiction. I have really probelematic feet and the Addiction, which I have worn the past three years does the best for me in terms of fit and support. The addiction 13 did not get great reviews on the Zappos website with people reporting the shoe has changed, so I decided to give the Adrenaline a try. What I found is that the toe box is wide enough, but so is the heel. Even with adjusting the shoe laces, my heel was slipping up and down. I have a wide toe box and a narrow heel, so finding shoes that fit is always a challenge. These didn't work out. I also did not feel that these shoes have nearly the support (or comfort) that I had with my old Brookes Addiction 12. I will try the Addiction 13, and these will go back. Thanks to Zappos for allowing free returns. It helps a lot to find shoes that fit!

I loved the color of this shoe, so fun and bright. They felt true to size with decent cushion but not enough for me unfortunately. I need a lot of support and cushion in my left foot due to arch issues and this just didn't work for me. I am returning to find something with a little more cushion. Great price and great looking shoe though!

It is just ok. The shoe is comfortable, but I? don’t think it is worth the price. I? have had the shoe for 9 months and it has seen moderate use and is already falling apart. I? will not be purchasing another pair.

I am a moderate over pronator and have been buying Saucony Omni for years. Sometimes I try some new sneaks to see if I can get something a little more sleek. I was hopeful for these when I put them on because they are WAY cooler looking. But wayyy too much stability for me, so I think you really need to be a bad over pronator to be ok with this shoe. It hurt to wear them around my house...I couldn't imagine running 5 miles in them.

Not enough length, and not very cushioned. Like the look, but had to return.

Disappointing... I thought brooks were supposed to have good support like Asics. These are so flat and hard. No bounce at all. If I did not already wear them outside I would return them. I need to buy foam insoles or something so I can wear these.

The left shoe had a strange lump in it and was not comfortable at all. I am guessing it was a defect because the right one did not have the same lump.

These run about a half size too small, had to return. Because of that, I can't really comment further on the overall comfort. Ended up going with the Nike Pegasus which have the wider toe that I prefer.

The medium runs narrow, going to try the wide.

I really wanted to like this shoe and should have paid heed to other reviews suggesting ordering a half-size larger. I wear a 12 and there wasn't a 12.5 option. They felt just that little bit short and ordering a wider size didn't help. Otherwise they would've been perfect! So, remember kiddies, when ordering this Brooks style ordering a half-size larger is the best way to go! Thanks, Zappos!

I was looking for sneakers that would be good for your body while working out. Normally "cute shoes" aren't supportive enough and I've already had 2 stress fractures which is enough for me. I ordered 3 different Brooks sneakers and this style in the Metallic Charcoal/Black/Rose Gold was the most appealing to me. I liked the looks and I THOUGHT I liked the fit until I tried walking around... my heel kept slipping out of the shoe with every step! I wear a size 8 in sneakers normally and the size 8 was too big here. There's NO WAY I could've sized down because the shoe fit everywhere else just right. Ugh. I had to return these because they just wouldn't stay on.

pressure points on ball of foot, pinkie toes, arch, and under heels. These just did not feel comfortable when I put them on inside the house to try out.

After 2 surgeries on the same foot added to plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis I need fashionable (in my 40s) but supportive shoes. Bought this based on reviews but found that the comfort and support were not there for me. In addition, this sneaker looks much prettier on the screen than in person. In person the gray is a darker grey and the sneaker doesn't look as attractive. In the end I had to return them.

I wear the GTS 15's in size 8.5, while my feet are size 7.5. It seems like these 17's fit exactly the same as the 15's. I don't mind ordering a whole size up, but I went with many reviewers' advice and ordered only a half size up. I'll be returning my half size up shoes. I agree that this shoe runs small, but exactly how small is debatable. It sure would be nice if shoe sizing was more consistent across the board.

This she fits well. However, it does NOT have good traction on wet cement sidewalks. This is July, and sidewalks barely wet from sprinklers are scary to walk on because of lack of traction. This has me worried and disappointed. When fall comes with rainy weather, all the sidewalks will be wet and I'll need to purchase a different shoe.

I get Brooks Adrenalines all the time. This pair made my feet hurt from day one. 5 months later and they still cause discomfort. I'm wondering if I got a defective pair or if the GTS 17 is just not good this time around.

The width of the toe box on these shoes is perfect, and the color is great. I don't feel like there is much arch support so I added my own inserts. Biggest complaint I have is I've only owned these shoes 2 months and because the treads on the bottom are little squares, they're already starting to separate from the sole especially on the outer edges of the shoe.
