It's an acceptable shoe. Not nearly as much cushion as you would expect from the images. My older Cole Haan's had much better soles.

They are not as comfortable as I thought.

The shoe is not a snug fit. I prefer that a shoe completely secures my feet. This shoe does not securely fit my feet.

I was very disappointed in the fit of the shoe. I have purchased many Cole Hahn shoes size 12 and these were not true size! Fairly nice looking shoe, but not true to size at all!

The color is a lot lighter than on picture was expecting the shoes to be more darker ! Dissatisfied

Love the shoe but size seems to run bigger than advertised.

I bought these shoes for my husband for Christmas. These shoes don't look like they do online. We weren't fans of the design and material of the sole of the shoe. We will be exchanging these for a different pair.

Looks like an orthopedic shoe. Will be sending it back. Just not my style, but the fit is great.

They fit very loose - make sure to order a .5 size smaller than usual.

Narrow in the toe. Loose in the heel.

Not as comfortable as my other ZEROGRANDS much harder to put on also - FYI

These shoes are terribly uncomfortable...They are too narrow for my average-width foot and after a couple hours of wear the inner cushion creates the sensation that you are walking on a bunched up sock... You will feel like you need to take them off to readjust (i.e. un-bunch) your socks constantly.

I ordered a 10 medium and the shoe ran bigger. My foot had way too much space for a 10 medium. So I wasn't able to enjoy the shoes due to pain from wearing oversized shoes, are usually wear a 10 m.

The left shoe seems irregular where it does not fit or the insole was not inserted correctly

Comfortable but too clunky of a shoe. I was hoping for some much more sleek.

The shoe seemed comfortable and with snug fit. But, unlike a normal shoe, the tongue is part of the section lace eyelets. So, you and spread open the shoe to insert your foot. The opening is incredibly tight, requiring use of a shoe horn to navigate your foot into the shoe. I couldn't be bothered and returned the shoes.

These are far more casual than I hoped. I was hoping for a comfortable dress shoe. Comfortable yes - but more of a "sensible" shoe for the elderly look than a dress shoe.

Very very poor quality .Within I week one of the pairs has lost the firmness of sole.I am giving shoe away rather than hurting my walking

Wanted an exchangedenied

The wrong shoes were shipped to me. I had to physically drive into a Cole Haan Outlet to has the shoes exchanged. It was a huge inconvenience plus I wasn't able to wear the correct shoes to a planned event that was scheduled.

Leather creases very easily. There is no arch support and the foam, while comfortable, is unlikely to last long.

The items I was sent was in poor condition. They were used shoes.
