The shoe runs a half size big and the laces serve no purpose

This is my first pair of cole naan shoes and since i've read the reviews that it is one of the comfortable shoes in the market, i decided to buy one but i am not satisfied with the comfort as what was stated in the reviews. Its too narrow even though i have a narrow feet and the comfort is not that as what was expected. But i do get compliments in the shoe and i like the style maybe i would opt to buy a wider shoe

I loved the style, it looks very elegant, I would have been perfect if the leather is softer especially in the front part by the toes to give the foot some comfort

This is a good boot and a very good boot, but this is not a very very good boot

Great fitting shoe. Very light, yet solid feel and step. Only negative is hst they had a slight blemish on the left shoe, like a crease.

While I do recommend the shoe based in its comfort and style, I will say that after wearing them for only the third time the small insert on ine shoe became unglued.As I said, I love the shoe and highly recommend it but I feel that this could be a common problem.

love the look and sleek style of the shoe. from outside just looking at it, it is amazing and looks really good. super comfortable. my only dislike is that they crease very easily, and it is noticeable after the first wear. for the amount they cost i would not have expected this, but over for everyday in my line of work where i do a lot of walking i like it.

Looks great, style super. Fit did not work, should have got a half size bigger.

Love the look of these shoes, though variants with soles other than white may take some getting used to. The 2.zerogrand cushioning is cloud-like and makes for a very comfy ride EXCEPT that this model runs a bit narrow. I'm hoping over time they'll stretch a bit wider -- because a size up would be too long.

I ordered the Black Leather version online. The picture on the website shows the shoe pad with just "20ZeroGrand". The shoe I received has "Cole Haan 20ZeroGrand" on its shoe pad. So I thought they sent me the Black Reflective version by mistake. I went to the store and the sample shoe on the floor also has just "20ZeroGrand", no "Cole Haan" on top of it. The store sales guy confirms I got the correct version. I hope the website shows the updated picture. This causes so much confusion and waste my time.

Shoe runs more narrow than my other Coke haan shoes. Great look but just didn't fit. Had to return them.

I have owned several pair of CH shoes over the years and typically wear a 9.5 in stardard width as I don't have normal width feet. I first tried these in that size and they were long and narrow. So, tried a 9W and the length was good, but waaaay too wide. And the 9D was waaay too narrow. Guess these these are just not for me. That said, they're light weight and of good construction.

Wasn't expecting the base to be so large. I ordered without seeing in person, so that's on me. Decent comfort. Very light shoe.

The reason for purchasing is sneaker like padding. The shoe is gorgeous, but the zero grand provided a better sole.

I only wore them once, but the right foot was tight. I will wear them again. I might have to return them.

These shoes are great but they make an odd sound when I walk. Not enough to return them but enough for me to consider not buying more shoes here, especially for the high price.

Not wide enough for wide shoes

Way too small. Disappointed to have gone through what we did to find these shoes and for the average guy, they were too tight.

I don't care for the shoe at all,it looks nothing like the picture. The quality is not what I expected!

This is my first time wearing this brand and the quality/feel of this specific model/style did not match the cost. I may try another model/style because this one felt cheap.

The color was more "orangey" brown than I prefer and to my eyes, not quite true to the online picture. I also didn't like the way the rear heel protruded out as it made it look like some sort of orthotic shoe.

The base of these shoes are ivory not white. They look yellowed in person.

I bought these a year ago, and the insoles have worn down to the rubber by the ball of my foot. I like them, but will need to change the insoles every year

Beautiful shoes. Bought them for my husband. He didn't like the sock type lining. He doesn't wear shoes without socks, so it was uncomfortable. Too bad there wasn't an option... with or without the lining. Ever consider that?
