Material used is shiny and looks very cheap.

The shoe for the Right foot is almost a full size larger in width than shoe for the Left foot! This is the second time I have returned these shoes for the same reason.

Right foot was much wider at the heel...tripping Hazzard

These were great but they broke down too soon. They didn’t last but two or three months

Even though it was allegedly sized as Wide, it was much too narrow for me to get my foot in comfortably. Very disappointing. Returned immediately.

Disappointing. Way too narrow. More like a narrow medium. Am returning.

It's not the the shoes it's my old tender OA ++++ plus all kind of things wrong feet I need calf soft tops same with interior of shoe also excellent arch & heel support needs to feel like a kid glove

I liked the look but a little too loose.

I have several pairs of Easy Spirit Traveltime shoes and love them. They all fit perfectly, except this pair. They are too narrow & have some bump in the inside that rubs my little toe. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the fit or style and am returning these to Zappos.

I have been buying Easy Spirit Traveltime shoes for many years. The part of the shoe that covers the top of the foot are a little longer now and do not fit like they used to. They are very uncomfortable.

This was the 3rd straight pair in size 10B I’ve bought, last one from Zappos’s. I wear them in the house in winter only. Last yearks pair made repeated black scuff marks on the hardwood floors, and the inner heel material wore away. I’ve liked the look and comfort of these shoes but won’t order again.

Felt a little floppy and looked like it would get looser as worn. More of a slipper look. Returned.

Fit was fine and comfortable HOWEVER - the thin leather on the toe started PEELING OFF almost immediately after just a couple of wearing. This came from not even being aware that I hit the toe on anything! Now both shoes look terrible and they are only a few months old.

I was very disappointed. Vey very uncomfortable, top of the foot. Material (plastic) was not flexible. Easy Spirit is usually quite good. Not sure what happened here. Disappointing

Disappointing. Easy Spirit is usually so comfortable. The top was not flexible and hurt the top of the foot just trying it on. There was no "give " to it. And, downright ugly

I purchased for my mother as something she might be able to wear around the house (only came in this black or dark navy blue). She wears very specifically a 1 1/2 inch heel wedge type of shoe but wanted a slide on / slipper effect. For her, her calves and back thrown off if heel is any lower than 1 1/2 inch. The zappos description clearly states the heel on this shoe is / was 1 6/13 inch. I even called zappos to be sure, however, they were not able to verify their description information (shoes were not in that location, etc.). All other Easy Spirit Traveltime said 1 inch so thought there COULD BE something wrong w/ that height description, however, these are Traveltime "234" so I figured they could have been different (and the higher heel)...BUT, NO. Sadly, they had to be returned as the heel height was only 1 inch. Otherwise, my mother said they were comfortable and fit was good.

This is my third purchase of the Easy Spirit Traveltime mule and, unfortunately, will be my last. Bought my first pair two years ago and ordered my usual size 8 1/2 medium. Fit like a dream, offering superb cushioning and support. Although a bit ratty looking, I still wear them due to their continuing comfort. Bought a second pair last Spring, and had to size up to 9 medium to get the same fit. Shoe had noticeably less cushioning and leather was cheaper and stiffer. I decided to keep them because the price was so good, but they get much less wear than my original pair. Decided to take a chance on a third pair for Fall--perhaps the second pair was simply a manufacturing fluke?--but the shoe is definitely not what it once was. The 9 medium is slightly shorter than my last pair, the leather(?) is shiny and stiff, and the cushioning is nearly nonexistent. Sadly, back they go, and I'm on a search for my next comfortable mule.

Runs very small.

I wear these without socks. If they're actually leather, I can't put them in the washing machine like my old ones. I won't buy these.

too big I find that the easy spirit sizes vary widely - I have some size 6, some 6.5.

These were so narrow. Def not wide width Very disappointed

Couldn't say how they feel because way too small. I ordered brown in same style/size and they fit. Order the blue in next size up and will see if they fit.
