My right foot is slightly larger than the left, so usually I have problems with fit on the right. This time the left shoe felt too tight except there was a gap at the top of my foot above the arch. I've worn this brand and style before, so I was sorry to have to return the shoes.

I have a pair in another color that. are just right. This color is too wide.

I was blown away with the service and delivery, and pleased with the product when I took it out of the box until I tried it on. It is just a 1/2 size to small. Would it be possible to just exchange it, I want the shoe , just a little bigger , please.

This is the third pair of this Easy Spirit style. I have very narrow feet and the AAN does well for me for the price. They wear well.

Size was fine, tongue stiff and too high.

I've bought this size and style in the past and this shoe has changed. I bought the wide but it is very narrow, narrower than a regular shoe, very disappointed.

The shoe was wonderful. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law's feet are so swollen that even buying shoes 2 sizes larger in extra wide width doesn't work. I really wanted these shoes to work but they did not.

Unfortunately the tip on the end of these shoes came lose and I c ould no longer wear them. I should have contacted you but I had worn them at least 6 months already. I was disappointed in the quality of t he construction. I have bought this style before and never had such a problem a s this.

In Propet shoes, I wear 9.5W. Size 10 was recommended so I chose the 10 thinking Easy Spirit might run a little smaller. The shoes are comfy but just a tad big. Since I've been having trouble with my feet swelling, I decided to keep them. They are comfy.

I’ve had a pair of travel times for several years. They are a different number than these and adjusting, these 234s don’t fit quite the same. Perfect for some, I’m sure, but they don’t feel as secure on my feet and feel slightly wider than the 455s. I’ll be returning.

It was a little too small for one foot

Needed 1/2 size larger with narrow width.

previously returned 9.5 WW because they were a little too long. Ordered the 9 WW. I could not even get my foot into the shoe. These were returned. Wished I kept the 9.5 pair.

They were a half size too small

Had 2 pair the same size but one was great , the other too big ???????

I have worn these shoes so happily for several years in the black patent. My only complaint was that the inner soles coulld not be replaced and they did not hold up as well as the shoes. Recently, I could not get patent, so I ordered leather. The shoes were completely different in stability and support. I felt i was walking on the grould, there little support for my arch and they slipped on my heels. If you have come out with a new model, I would ask that you also produce the older more supportive style. I regrettably fear I will be searching for a new go- to shoe.

I really wanted to like these shoes but they were too snug, even though I got a wide width. FWIW, wide usually fits me. They are unremarkable to look at-nothing stylish-but I only wanted slip on shoes to wear around the house that would provide support, so looks didn’t matter. I couldn’t get them on with regular thickness socks-had to opt for knee high trouser hosiery. Still, too tight. Had to send them back.

I have ordered this shoe 3 other times and love the fit and feel. This last time the shoes felt much narrower, and I am sending them back. So sad, because I really liked this shoe.

The shoes are great but one heal was wider than the other. First time this has happened. I order these frequently. Will reorder to see if that was an anomaly

I've bought these shoes several times in grey and black. But the last pair I ordered (in the same size as before) was very small. I finally gave the shoes away.

These are my house slippers. They wear out very fast and scuff easily, but you can wear your arch supports in them and they are comfortable around the house.

Color was darker than I expected and were all leather which is hotter than art fabric.

I had to return the shoes because the tongue was too stiff and kept digging into the top of my foot. If it wasn't for the tongue I would've kept them. Other than that part they were very comfortable.
