These boots are attractive, but they are very stiff and the sizing is off. I've worn them multiple times, but they still haven't broken in, which is uncharacteristic for Ariats. I also had to order them in sizes 7, 7.5, and 8 to find the right fit because the toes seem to run at least a size narrower than the heel. I ultimately picked the smallest size because the heels were too big and boxy on the other sizes and used a leather stretcher to loosen the toe area. I'm wishing I had just returned them instead because I barely wear them. I find myself reaching for my Dubarry boots whenever I need to wear a waterproof chelsea boot as the Dubarry's are much more comfortable and attractive.

The boots look great an is comfortable except the composite toe. Very disappointing that it never list a composite toe in the description on the website.

Wasn't waterproof like advertised. Was super disappointing for the price I paid. Although I do like the style.

These shoes run huge. They were two sizes larger than they should have been and when I tried to return them the website would not work and I had to call 3 times to get a return label. Super disappointing. The shoes looked nice though

They were very big and clunky, not very soft and didn't quite mold to my feet, felt stiff like I was in ice skates

bought these for my husband and after reading about the boots, I ordered his size but he can't even get them on. They are way too small! Can't wear them and must send them back

I used to wear Ariat boots all the time, and was excited to see these pretty red boots! I was disappointed when I received them tho, because while the width and the overall fit was great, the soles were very thin feeling and would be uncomfortable walking on gravel or other uneven ground, for me. Also, when walking in them, the front half of the shoe "folded" like clown shoes, which was painful on the top of my foot at the start of my toes. I'll try Ariats again in the future, but these weren't a fit for me so I returned them.

These boots are gorgeous! They seem to run true to size. However, the foot support I've become accustomed to in my Ariat work boots is missing in these ! The balls of my feet immediately began to ache. There simply isn't any cushion. I am super bummed that I have to send these back.

Too difficult to get on and off, i.e. the elastic is too tight.

I wear size 8 in every brand of shoe, and this was the size recommended by Ariat. Long story short, I went through FOUR SIZES of these boots, none of which fit. 8, 7.5, and 7 slipped massively in the heel while also being too tight in the toe. This was still after trying different socks and shoe inserts. The 6.5 finally did not slip, but was impossibly tight. All four pairs had little cushioning in the sole, and my feet hurt after just a few minutes of trying them on. I had high expectations for these boots and was thoroughly disappointed by the sizing issues and overall quality. I have never had such a problem purchasing any other shoes and can't understand why Ariat was so difficult. All four pairs ended up being returned.

I was disappointed in the quality of the Chelsea Boot. I ordered the boots in April. Six months later, in September, the outersoul is separating from the soul on the two pairs I own. I wore these boots a few time a week, but not everyday. I loved the look and style of these boots. I'm disappointed they didn't last longer.

be cautious buying online, if you need to return an item. takes time for refund and if you question a refund they send screenshots of a spreadsheet showing refund approval, but no indication of your money being refunded, after checking account balance and no refund, they can't help you and suggest contacting your banking company?

I was so excited when I found these boots, I know of Ariat as a solid brand and when they arrived I was not disappointed in the quality of the boot. I don't usually wear wide shoes, but sometimes I do in brands that run narrow, in these I tried on both the 10M and 10W, the 10M was extremely narrow in the toe, the 10W fit me well. I wore them around my house and even for a day at work, just around on the carpeting, and all was well. I bought these boots in the hopes of taking them as my primary shoe on a trip to Ireland I'm taking in July. My first indication that these boots might not work for me was when I wore them all day running errands, I got home and my feet especially the balls of my feet were just aching. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I tried again wearing them for an afternoon of walking around at a porch fest, and again my feet were ACHING by the end of the day. It's really disappointing because now that they have been worn outside I can't return them, but they are now useless to me since they hurt my feet so badly. I even tried switching out the insoles, but no dice. Huge waste of money, and very disappointing from a brand I've always considered top notch for comfort and quality.

I've had these boots for 2 months and they're falling apart. I am a veterinarian and wear these almost daily. The seems are falling apart and flaking from the heel.

After not much use 4 studs in the heel start to show through and feels like you have grit stuck inside. By far the most uncomfortable unusable boots I've ever owned.

Considering that you sent me the wrong boots and have never sent me the correct ones or credited me my money back even after I sent you the boots back. You've also never responded to texts or emails or social media posts. And forget about the phone, after 2.5 hours of being in hold I gave up. I was a first time customer and a last time customer . You are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with

I ordered a 5 1/2. Too big. You don't have a 5. But other than that I liked them and returned them

I got these boots from a 3rd party I loved color and style. When I received boots they had a few stains and Scuffed so when I told company they gave me 25.00 Refund I agreed but when I tried cleaning the stain spread. I followed cleaning instructions on your website. For boots being waterproof this shouldn't have happened so to make story short im stuck with boots Ill never wear . Ariat I thought sold good product
