This boot is absolute perfection. I've been looking at many brands, searching for the right chelsea-style boot and my search is finally over with the Ariat Wexford. I wanted something casual and rugged enough to use outdoors in our dusty, muddy Utah yard but also fashionable enough to pair with jeans or a dress. The Wexford can do both. I was worried about sizing as I'm often between a 7.5 and an 8. I have a bit of a narrow heel but also a bit of a wide forefoot. I sometimes wear wide shoes, but not always. After overthinking it for a few weeks, I landed on the size 8, regular width and they're perfect! There is plenty of room in the toe box to wear bulky socks, but not so much that I feel I'm moving around too much in the boot. They're a bit loose in the heel, but in an appropriate way. They're comfortable to walk and work in and I haven't had any break-in issues. Highly recommend this pair of boots!

I absolutely LOVE these! They are beyond comfortable and have the support I need for my ongoing back problems. I find myself planning my outfits around these boots, which have become my alt-time favorite shoes in my closet. As soon as other colors are back in stock, I'll be buying another pair.

Most comfortable boots I have worn. I take a lot of pictures at ropings, rodeos etc. These are so comfortable. I wear them out hiking too.

These are the best light weight waterproof boots I have owned. They are comfortable all day. They remained waterproof even after the tread wore off. I am on my second pair. The first lasted 3 years.

I ordered the Java color size 6.5. They fit perfectly and are true to size. I absolutely love how comfortable they are and how you can dress them up or down. I highly recommend these. I'll probably buy a second pair in a different color!

I have wider feet and have been struggling to find a stylish, waterproof and COMFORTABLE boot. These boots take the cake. I live in Tahoe, and it's a heavy snow season, but these boots have been a champion. So glad I made this purchase!

These are my go-to boots! Stay at home mom always on the go, soccer games, baseball fields, hiking, running errands, these are perfect to slip on and head out the door. Love the look and feel!

These are my favorite boot, I have ordered them in 3 colors each have lasted 3 years or more. They are water proof and keep your feet warm. They also have a nice mature classy, classic look to them. I sport the wing tips when saddling my race horses in the paddock

I have gone through many pairs of waterproof boots that can transition me from the office to the field and so far these are the only ones to retain their structure after months of daily wear. These boots are waterproof, solid, and comfortable. They do not rub at your ankles if you're wearing short socks, they have not scratched or torn hiking through brambles, ans they keep your feet warm. Just waiting for another pair of boots to wear out before getting a pair in black.

Performs and looks as described/pictured. Size fits as expected as well. I love almost everything about these boots! They look great with jeans or leggings. My feet slip right into them-- no wrestling to get them on. The boot is so comfortable for my FOOT-- from the very first wear. My one issue with these boots is the material around the ANKLE at the very top. The first time I wore them, I committed to them for a day with short socks and pants that stop above the boot-- like the pictures on the site with skin showing. My FOOT was completely comfortable all day long. However, the rubbing from the movement of walking wore my skin completely raw all the way around the top in a thin line (ankle). I can't really blame the boots entirely for this, I should have been prepared with tall socks as a back-up. But after that, I wore the boots with jeans or pants tucked in under the shaft until they broke in and relax a little more. It's been a couple weeks now, and I can wear them however I'd like, without rubbing issues (for grocery shopping trips or coffee date... I haven't tried all day again just yet). All that's aid, I would 100% still buy them again! For reference, I have the 7 wide in Java.

I really would like these in every color. I bought the taupe. They are pretty comfortable.

I bought these boots well in advance to a trip so they would be broken in before my family and I go tromping across the Scottish Highlands. This wasn't necessary. They have been comfortable from day one. These boots keep my feet warm & dry, have excellent traction, and look great with everything from leggings to jeans. At least one and maybe several members of our travel group will be sporting Ariat Wexfords this summer at Culloden Moor!

These boots are great for anything from running around town in leggings to being out exploring some field. I got the red ones for a pop of color in my wardrobe and I absolutely love them! Not only are they stylish but they are extremely comfortable can walk 5 miles daily and not feel tired. Was skeptical about the leather looking like suede but they can definitely be put through some things! Thinking about buying another color.

I purchased these boots because they were available in wide sizes- a rarity for Ariat. They were gorgeous, well made and super comfortable right out of the box. I get lots of compliments on them! I hope Ariat will offer more boots in wide sizes!
