This is my 3rd pair of Ariats, all 3 pairs I've purchased were 11D. When I received these I had to really work to get my foot in the boot. I've been trying to wear them but no success. I've tried Ariat's boot stretch spray, stretchers, leather conditioners etc but cannot get these boots to fit right for me. I guess I should have ordered Wide in this style or up sized. Overall its a great boot, it just doesn't fit the same as my past ariat boots.

Quality is por, I specter more of this brand, I was no please with the sole of this booth

Love the boots, except they did not honor the express shipping I paid extra for. Ordered with plenty of time to spare, but boots arrived 2 days before an event i needed them for. Ended up being a full size big but had no time to exchange since express shipping took over a week Had the 2-4 day window been honored I could have re ordered the correct size. Fit was also larger than expected. I wear a 9.5 in all shoes, however this 9.5 fit more like a 10-10.5

We bought these boots, they are very nice looking except when we received them, they weren't as we expected. In the pictures they seem shinier and once we received them they were more of a matte. The color is very different too as seen in the pictures, it could be that the pictures are edited a certain way.

I bought these boots less than a week ago to be every day boots. After wearing them to class once where I sat at a computer, there is a big chip in the leather on the toe. I have owned multiple pairs of Ariat boots and have never had this happen before. Knowing I wanted every day wear boots I understand scuffs and maybe even a chip would start to happen over time, but I did not expect it to happen so soon with minimal activity. I am very disappointed in the quality of the boot because if this happened so soon and easily I can't imagine they will last long. All in all I could probably find a way to fix it but as a broke collage student who already spent a few months saving to buy new boots it's not worth the time or effort. All the other reviews are accurate on how comfortable the boots are, just wish they held up better.

Great boot, I own the burnished chocolate pair and I love them but the powder brown actual boot doesn't even remotely match the advertised color, NOT EVEN REMOTELY. Very disappointing, returning them.

I never received my boots. They mailed the wrong boots, I returned them and never received the correct ones.

The worst customer service out there. Can't answer a simple question about my exchange and is impossible to get a hold of. I would give Ariat 0/5 stars if I could.

Already blew apart at the seam on the toe and sole, 2 weeks, ariat has definitely gone down hill

Tried to make a purchase several times , disappointed

Bought a pair of these and returned them because they were too big. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have not received my refund for the return. Can't get ahold of anyone in customer service. Was on hold for an hour the first time, then they answered, told me they'd be with me shortly, and immediately hung up on me. I like the boots but the customer service is terrible, I just want my money back.

I ordered these twice and received a notice they were out of stock a couple of days later. The order site should not show them available if out of stock. I cannot review something I didn't receive.

I received the wrong and have lots of trouble to contact customer service

I recently purchased a pair of these boots as a military member in the states going overseas without any time to wear them. I arrive in Europe to find out the boots give me a searing pain in my right sole, and take out the insole to find my brand new boots I purchased two weeks ago are completely defective. Large swollen leather bumps found in the stitching of my right shoe (not left) make them unwearable with severe pain. Out of the states I feel like I'm out of money and out of a pair of wearable boots due to the craftsmanship.

The boots were narrow and we're extremely uncomfortable. I tried calling customer service on multiple occasions but was on hold for over an hour several times. I need to return / exchange.

I have worn only Ariat's for 12 years. I wore these boots for 3 days and couldn't walk for a week after. It puts too much pressure on the rear portion of the arch, and must have caused a deep bruise. Threw them away.
