LOVE the looks - but these would leave me grumpy trying to wear them. Stiff and felt that my foot was sliding down to the toes. Challenge to get on. Couldn't understand why rated so high with so little comfort. I had even ordered 2 sizes to see which one fit the best as I'm in between sizes, and I often like to wear warm wool socks in the winter.

These shoes look super old after just a couple wears--they scuff super easily and the material developed some serious creasing right away. Very unhappy with the quality

I was really disappointed in these boots. The color was much darker than the picture showed. I got the taupe nubuck color and they almost looked green. They were pretty hard to get on and once on, they were really snug. I am pretty consistently a 9.5 and these felt small.

This is a beautiful boot, but I ordered my usual size 6.5 and I couldn't get my foot in the boot so I reordered a 7. It fit comfortable right out of the box, but the longer I wore them the more they stretched out, now they are so big I have to wear thick socks so my foot doesn't slide around as much. I expect they will continue stretching. I wanted a pair of black, but these are so sloppy I am looking for another brand. Too bad they are well made and a very nice style for fall and winter.

These shoes are LOUD! I was hoping to wear these to volunteer at school, but they echoed all throughout the halls. They sound like a clip-clop. My husband calls them the cowgirl boots. Otherwise, an attractive shoe!

I typically wear a 9.5. My feet are narrow (more so in the heel than the toe) and low volume. These shoes were true to size, but I would say that for a medium foot, the toe box would be far too narrow, even though the suede is soft and could potentially stretch. It was a bit too narrow for me and I'm not a big fan of breaking in a shoe. Also, there is really no cushioning on the footbed and my heel slipped a bit.

Didn’t even want to try on, the person before had already worn them outside. The soles were dirty and they were not checked and were put back in the white tissue.

Boots are cute but felt really stiff in the heel. The toe area was too narrow for my feet. They’re really cute but due to the poor fit, these are going back.

I love these (I own 3 other colors), but they were damaged upon arrival. Maybe that’s why they are on sale! Disappointing.

They are not waterproof! I have only worn them 2 times and they are stained. I had to throw them in the trash! Not happy at all.

These were supposed to be a wide, but they were not a wide shoe. They fit like a regular width. Very disappointed.

Not for those with thin ankles. I have thin calves and ankles and narrow (but size 9) feet. This is yet another disappointing ankle boot. It is SO WIDE at the ankle it's not funny. I could nearly fit my fist in the gap! Aside from feeling clunky, I could tell that even if that issue were resolved, these would not be comfortable. Even just standing still, I could tell there wasn't enough padding in the soles. I'm usually a 9, and I ordered a 9. They felt a little big in the toe, but because the toe box narrows quite a bit, I don't think going down in size would be a good idea. These look cute in the box, but again, they are just so baggy and loose around the ankle. I'm not even petite, so I really wonder how shorter/finer-boned girls find boots they can actually wear without breaking their necks/feeling like their feet are swimming in concrete. Alas, the struggle for me continues.

Some of my favorite boots that I have owned were Blondos, so I thought I could not go wrong. I read all the reviews very carefully and was certain that these were the ones! I even ordered three different sizes to make sure I would get a pair. Unfortunately, I found them very uncomfortable. The boot was beautiful and I loved the fact that they were waterproof. I am going to say that it is just me and my feet (which I have bunions) that I have to be very careful to get just the right fit. I was able to find another boot with a lower heel, however not waterproof. My loss!

Too small. Size 13 is too big and size 12 too small. I have size 12 Blondos from years ago that fit much better. I still need boots and do not know where I will find them to fit.

Why is there no 10.5?! 11 is too big and 10 too small.

This shoe is very cute and comfortable however after one day of wearing them the heels became all torn up! The heel really is wrapped in some kind of fabric that does not hold up. I returned them for a full refund.

These wore out so quickly: the heel is not solid, but has an overlay of material that started peeling after little wear. For the money, I would have expected these to hold up much better!

I ordered these boots in a wide width after trying on a similar pair by this brand in Nordstrom where they pinch my toes and felt narrow. The wide width is very generous and the shoe felt too large. I returned them because I ordered them in black leather. The black leather is actually a suede finish, not even a nubuck — full on suede. I don’t know why they would sell a black suede boot and a black leather boot that is also suede. I’m frustrated by the misrepresentation and when communicating this to Zappos, they blame the manufacturer. Hate when people pass the buck!

These are very cute boots and are certainly waterproof. Unfortunately, they are also extremely uncomfortable if you have to walk any distance in them or stand for any length of time. Too bad for me that it took a day's worth of wearing at work to figure that out and now they can't go back. :(

First time I ordered these, I received a size 9 and a size 9.5. Second time I have ordered these, I have received a size 9 and a size 10. Sure would like to get two of the same size!!

Love the style and color. Don't know about the fit yet. Oops...received a 9W and a 9.5W in the box. Strange though...the 9W was much roomier than the 9.5W. Seems as though someone wore the heck out of the 9W before they returned it. I did return these, but hoping for a new order of the right size and NOT worn!!

I can’t believe this shoe was a wide width. Sizing way off

I ordered over 10 pairs of black booties (guess I am fussy) and by far this was the most comfortable! I ordered in both leather and suede. Will say suede is a bit sleeker looking but ultimately decided on the the more every day look of the leather. I really love these and think they will my go to everyday footwear!

I was so looking forward to receiving these boots after reading all the great reviews. I ordered my regular size and the same in a wide width after reading a few reviews about a narrow toe box. Well, neither were a good fit and they definitely ran narrow in the toe box. The wides were only wider in the heel and top of foot and therefore sloppy but did not feel any looser across the ball of the foot or toes. The length was true to size. I ordered these for an upcoming trip to Ireland so loved that they were waterproof but didn't look like rain boots. The insoles were so hard and uncomfortable I would not be able to stand them for more than 5 minutes not to mention the very pointed toe was squishing my toes. In addition, I had a hard time getting my high arch foot in the medium width. I have the Sam Edelman Petty boots from last year and they are much more comfortable than these boots but still not good for walking all day.
