I was super happy with these initially. Other than being about a half size too big which I fixed with an insole, but after about a few weeks of wear the back is peeling off the heel. Super bummed and going to try and exchange.

Comfortable, great style, great fit. But for a $150 "weatherproof" boot, these things do not hold up, even with light wear. The heels are so wretched after 6 weeks of light wear (office job in the suburbs!) that I'm embarrassed to wear them. Attached is a picture of me using a Sharpie on the faded, decrepit heel to try to get a few more weeks of wear. Again, I live in the south, so I'm not trekking through harsh elements like snow or ice, mostly wearing them indoors / driving / in the office.

I bought these shoes for traveling. I needed something comfortable for walking, and something that could be dressed up if need be. The style and fit is fine. The quality is terrible. Within less than a month, the heel has completely worn off. That is not what I would expect from Blondo. I will be seeking a refund or exchange.

The boots look great and are very comfortable. My feet only start to hurt after walking around ALL day - but, that's to be expected of any shoe if you're on your feet all day. I ordered the mushroom suede, fantastic neutral color that goes with anything. My only piece of advice is to be careful with what pants/jeans you wear with them. I had a dark pair of jeans rub some color onto the top part of the boot. I was able to clean it with some suede cleaner and a suede brush, but I will be careful of it in the future.

I love this shoe so much because it was comfortable right out of the box. I ordered wide because my foot is a little wider than most shoes come and it was perfect. Sometimes wide means my foot will float around in the shoe too much but not this time. I have since ordered two more colors of the same shoe because it fits so well and I want to match them to different outfits.

Much narrower than expected. I dont typically wear wides, but I liked these boots so much that I'm going to try a wide. If you're on the edge of wide/narrow; even with narrow heel (I have wide toes, narrow heel and high arch), I would order wide first.

Gorgeous, quality boot. If you have anything approaching an arch you will not be able to put this boot on. Too bad. Great looking and quality.

These are my first Blondos and I am so happy to have found this brand. I echo all the other positive reviews. The Villa meets the nearly-impossible-to-find combo of both comfort and style. There is room in the toe box without the bootie looking ungainly or awkward on the foot -- the drawback of so many comfort shoes. I am not experiencing any slippage in the heel. The opening fits closely to my ankle, not too tight or loose, and the shaft hits at a flattering spot. The black suede is supple and rich. I also really like the heel. It's chunky but with a bit of a taper, so adds versatility. These look good with cropped skinny jeans, or any jeans for that matter, but can easily transition to a skirt or dress. Amd they feel great! I think they're a good value. I have paid much more for similar quality and style and am very pleased with my purchase.

These boots are amazing. Wore them on a trip to New York. Walking through the airport, to our hotel and on through Central Park, my feet felt great! Was so impressed with their comfort I ordered two more pairs, black and gray. They look great with skinny jeans, cuffed jeans and leggings. Normally, I'm unable to wear shoes with heels due to a knee injury. The design of the shoe and heel height is perfect. Design doesn't throw your weight forward creating pain. Love these shoes!

By far my favorite pair of boots I’ve ever purchased, and I own many pairs. I need to preface what is an otherwise glowing review with one but HUGE problem: I had to throw them away after just 4 months because the heel came apart. I was so disappointed and because of this I’m on the fence about repurchasing this brand. I didn’t contact the company because i didn’t buy directly from them and I can’t really fault Zappos because they didn’t make the product and their service is always top notch. Back to the shoes: i originally bought them as something stylish to wear when it rains but i was so pleasantly surprised that they became my go-to. The heel is so comfortable to walk in, I was shocked. I have a lengthy walk on my commute and I never had to give my feet/shoes another thought after putting them on. They are so flattering, giving an important boost in length to my legs. I have a high instep which is usually a problem with boots but it wasn’t an issue with the Blondo Villa. Sadly, I had to take off a star due to the poor durability. What a shame, because I otherwise adore them!!

I really wanted to like this bootie -- the heel is a great height, the dark grey suede is versatile, and I love the fact that it's waterproof. But alas, the toe box is too snug and the insole is too hard for the ball of my foot (not removable). The toe looks/feels pointier in person than in the pics and I don't have particularly wide feet. The search continues.

Super comfortable. As a young person with medical conditions and chronic pain who rarely wears anything with a heel anymore, these were so impressive! Did not cause any extra pain, really cute, and love that they're weather proof! Though I haven't fully tested it out yet though. They did fine walked a bit on snowy side walks!

I own a number of Blondo booties. These were not made by Blondo, but were made by Amazon Essentials, an Amazon knock-off of Blondo. They were not packaged in a Blondo box, the shape of the bootie was different on the sides, top, the sole, the heel and the fit was different, and the label inside the bootie was Amazon Essentials, not Blondo. Really disappointed that these were even sold to me. Returning them and will be very cautious next time I order from Zappos. This is false advertising and I am surprised that Blondo wouldn't have a huge problem with Amazon selling their product under the Blondo brand name.

This is my second pair of Blondo booties. I’ll start by saying that they are beautiful and comfortable. However they insist on wrapping the heel in some sort of fabric. This fabric tears so easy. I wore these for 24 hours and true to Blondo form the heel was tearing. And this was normal walking conditions I did nothing strenuous. I was actually careful with them after owning the first pair. For their price point, the boots should last more than 24 hours. Both pairs I own from them have the torn heels. I don’t recommend buying from this brand until they stop wrapping the heels in fabric. Don’t let them trick you by how cute they look, their heels will not last.

They aren't as cute in person as I was hoping but a great and attractive shoe for being waterproof while still looking like a normal shoe! I found them to be a half size too big. In rare cases I'm a 7.5 not an 8, and this is one of those times.

I have these boots in the Mushroom Suede and they are by far my favorite pair of booties. They are so comfortable and and warm. The color goes with everything. I've had them now for over a year and I keep going back to them. I fully intend on purchasing them in black too!

I bought these because I had worn out another pair of booties (from Naturalizer) and booties are my go-to for work during the winter months. Based on reviews, I bought my regular size (7) in the wide width and also got a 7.5 (M) to try. I’m glad I went wide— the 7W was perfect, while the 7.5M fit but still felt a bit narrow in the toe box. Otherwise, I love them— comfortable and the heel is high enough to give them some style but still easy to walk around in. Definitely recommend going to the wide width if your feet are borderline, because I think the regular width runs a bit narrow. I am planning on purchasing in another color as well!

These boots are amazingly comfortable. I previously bought the Sam Edelman Petty and these are so much better. They don’t rub if you are wearing low cut socks, the heel isn’t too low or too high, the quality is outstanding. These are my new favorites- you definitely get what you pay for and these are worth every penny. Can’t wait to get more colors and try other Blondo styles.

I am so excited! After ordering and returning several pair of shoes, I finally found a perfect boot. The leather is amazing! When I first took them out of the box I thought they were the wrong size as they looked very small but the fit is amazing. I wear an 11 and have had foot surgery. I live in Birkenstocks but needed to update my wardrobe for a job in fashion retail. These boots are definitely something I can comfortably wear all day. They look great with jeans and dress pants. You defiantly get what you pay for when it comes to shoes. These are well worth the money and I will order a second pair.

I love these booties. I was advised to buy waterproof shoes for an upcoming trip to Ireland and I wanted something stylish as well. They are incredibly comfortable and I get compliments on them all the time. Shortly after they arrived we got about 3" of very slushy snow, a perfect opportunity to test the waterproof claims. My feet were snug and warm all day, and totally dry. Another occasion, I found myself on my feet and walking all day, and, again, they did not disappoint. I look forward to having another excuse to buy Blondo booties!

These were really comfortable right out of the box. I'm often between a 7 1/2 and 8 and the 8 fit well, not too big at all. They're really comfortable to wear and the height of the shaft is perfect to be able to wear short socks without seeing them. I've gotten tons of complements on the color (mushroom suede) which is just the right color to be able to wear with pretty much anything. Also, I can attest to the fact that they are waterproof - my baby spit up on them the first time I put them and it wiped right off.

Maybe I was expecting more. They fit okay, but there was no real arch support and definitely no cushion in the footbed. They felt hard, cold, and the heels look cheap as if they would not wear well. The fit was the best part. I just don't want to pay this much for a shoe and have to remake it with cushioned insoles and arch support.

I ordered the Blondo Villa Waterproof Bootie in black leather and black suede in my usual size 9.5. I prefer the look of the black leather which is actually not smooth, plain leather, as one would assume based on the color name. The black leather color looks like nubuck leather with the toe and heal areas worn away a little — very nice. I didn’t like the black suede color because it looks like imitation suede. The booties are roomy, so my foot slides around a little. I have to wear them with thicker socks. The length is true to size. I have a high arch and some boots feel too tight across the top of the boot, but these are not tight and easy to put on. There is no arch support. I like the style and the heel has just enough height to look dressy. The item description says that there is a “lightly cushioned footbed that provides added comfort.” The footbed is made of a non-removable, felt-type material and provides little to no cushioning. I bought these to wear during fall college campus tours in Utah and Idaho. After walking around in them for an hour the balls of my feet were so sore that I could barely walk. I couldn't wait to take them off. Luckily, I brought my Nikes and changed into them after the walking tour. My feet were killing me for the rest of the day. I’m hoping that the booties will break in and feel more comfortable with some added cushioned insoles, because I love the look and the fact that they are waterproof. I highly recommend buying cushioned insoles for these booties.

Though I purchased this style previously only to have it claimed by my college student, this pair hurt so much by bending into the the top of the feet that I could barely walk. For some Blondo boots I have sized up but maybe need to size down a size or 2 for these to prevent the bending. In contrast, the Blondo Liam bootie is very comfortable and versatile, and popular among the women in the family year round.
