Pretty chic looking bootie. I have a really old pair of Blondos in a 7.5 WW, which I have loved and worn the heck out of. I haven't been able to find the Blondos in WW anymore, which is so unfortunate. I love that they are waterproof, but I was looking for something a little beefier to stand up to bad Pittsburgh winters. These would serve for style on a rainy/snowy day, but probably not for a beater boot.

These are the most comfortable boots you can imagine. The perfect heel height, and not too "klip-kloppy" when walking in them. The black Nubuck is VERY casual - the rainy-day version of a sneaker. Not very dressy - and the oil-treated toe makes the boot a bit grungy. However, the black suede version is great for outfits that require neatness. I feel that Blondo should reduce the price of the Nubuck version, as it will likely be returned by many customers because it is so grunge - but if that is the look you want, these will be your most-comfortable boot!

The black suede booties were supper cute! I ended up returning because they hit my ankle at the wrong spot. Disappointed, but definitely worth trying!

It’s neat that these boots are waterproof and versatile to any outfit, but I have noticed two things I don’t like: no matter what thickness of sock or hosiery I’m wearing, the zipper always unzips a bit—enough to be annoying and need readjusting all day. Second, I’ve noticed that color transfers on them. I wore a pair of dark jeans, and went about my day like normal, and I noticed dark blue smudges on them later. So, are they worth $150? No way. But I’ve already tossed the packaging out, so blah. Guess I’m stuck.

Ordered 9 pairs of booties in black in a wide width from various vendors. These were the only ones that (a) I could get into; (b) accommodated my orthotics; and (c) looked good. Waterproof is an additional bonus. The other 8 pair go back. Sayonara!

I bought 1/2 size up because I have arthritis in feet and a toe that grew on top of big toe. So with this I have plenty of room in front for toes. I wear 2 pair of socks to make up for larger size. Now they are a perfect fit for me. I love the look of the boot. The heal is comfortable and arch is good. I'm so very pleased with the room for my toes!!

I bought these in a wide since several comments were made about the shoe being narrow. It feels a little long and a little wide but I am going to keep the shoe and buy and insert. will also wear thicker socks. Being a little too big is certainly more comfortable than being too small.

Very nice shoe, lovely leather. I ordered a wide hoping to avoid pinched toes and the shoe was much too wide. Also the heel height just wasn't right for me and I had to return them.

Love this brand of boot! These fit well right out of the box. I am between a 10 and 10 1/2 and these fit perfectly. Nice heel height, too. My issue was the color. It was a dull brownish/grey. It looked more brown in the picture. So, they are going back.

The shoe fit perfectly, and I was pleased with the quality and style. Unfortunately I will be returning, I purchased the taupe and they aren't brown as pictured but green. Not an ugly color, but not what I need either.

I have tried on four different pairs of these boots--three at my local shoe store (both a 9 and 8.5) and one ordered here at Zappos (8.5, which is the correct size in length/width). Sizing is fine, but ALL of the LEFT boots are tighter in the ankle than the right and hit me in the crease where my foot and lower leg meet, which I know will make me miserable as I try to walk in them more. The fact that they're waterproof is great, but I'd never make it more than a block without cutting the top of my foot.

I wanted to love these- they’re well made and seemed comfortable. But they made my foot look awkwardly huge and long (I’m a size 7!), so back they go.

After reading other reviews, I was surprised to find that this bootie ran large for my feet. The suede is soft and the footbed has some light padding that feels nice. I'm going to try another size before I give up on them.

I first purchased these boots in size 8 thinking I should follow the recommendations to size up but 8 was too large, the back slipped on my hill and my foot went too far forward, so I tried a 7 1/2 my usual size and it fit perfectly. I can wear it with thick socks which definitely will be needed in winter. The shoe is soft and flexible, features hard to find in many boots. I'm not ecstatic about the height of the boot because the left shoe rubs my ankle and I'll probably use some kind of soft padding on my ankle until the shoe is broken in more. The quality of leather is OK but not pretty. It's not really that slippery soft leather you find on very expensive boots. But these will do and were much better than any others I've tried on, and I've been looking for a while.

Attractive boot with nice, quiet rubber soles. At first I thought they would not be wide enough, but they worked out just fine. The shoe is comfortable. I wouldn't go walking miles and miles in them, but for work they're just what I wanted. Bonus: They're waterproof for our (hopefully) wet California winters.

I felt like the booties were cute for a very casual outfit but less casual than I was expecting. I am returning due to them running large in size.

I really like the style and look of this boot. The top of the front of the ankle hits in a bit of an odd spot, so initially they are not as comfortable as they could be. I’ve been wearing them around the house to hopefully soften the edge and mold them to a better fit. I will keep them, but I had hoped for a better “right out of the box” experience. They are roomy enough to wear with socks. The insole has light cushioning, though there’s little to no arch support. The overall quality of the materials seems good as does the construction. I haven’t yet worn these out into the rain so I can’t speak to the waterproof aspect.

I really liked the style of this as well as the color in the black and cognac nubuck. I was excited for a cute waterproof shoe. The fit could never work for me though. It is far too wide. I have average to narrow feet, and I rarely have problems with a shoe being too wide for me. Sizing down did not help, as it was too tight from my toes to my heels while the shoe was still loose around the circumference. I was bummed.

Beautiful color, so far comfortable. I ordered the wide and it’s on the narrower side of a wide. I would not recommend these if you have a high instep, as they come up higher and don’t seem to have much flexibility in the instep area.

I am between a 7.5 and 8. These are quite small in the toe area. I initially bought 7.5 and they were way too tight. Returned for an 8.

I purchased cognac nubuck in size 8.5. I tried my normal size of 9 and it was too large. 8.5 fits me well. The shaft of the boot rubs on my skin right above my heel, and the first time I wore them, they did scrape off some skin and hurt. I do think they will soften a bit as I wear them more. They are beautiful boots and my first time wearing them I wore them during a rainstorm because I knew they were waterproof. They performed great! My feet stayed dry and the boots did not stain at all. In all, I wish the shaft didn't rub on my skin, but I am going to give these boots a chance because I love them otherwise. They are comfortable for my long walk to work, and they will be a great fall and spring boot. I like that the shaft is narrow and that there are no decorative features to the boot. I was looking for Sam Edelman ankle boots and ended up getting these instead because I did not want suede.

I ordered 8 M. I usually wear a 7.5 N, and 8 N on rare occasion, for dress shoes only, and 8 in boots and sneakers because I add in my orthodic for my low arches. However, there's no way to tighten up the area on top of the foot or toe area, and my foot was still too narrow for this roomy boot even with the addition of my orthodic and socks. Someone with a bigger or "fatter" foot would do well this this. It felt true to size or slightly roomier. I was just hoping the orthodic would help take up some space so the bootie would fit my narrow foot. These are going back.
