After reading other reviews, I was surprised to find that this bootie ran large for my feet. The suede is soft and the footbed has some light padding that feels nice. I'm going to try another size before I give up on them.

Perfect boot ! Great with jeans or dress! Comfortable from the start! Got them in 3 colors!

I first purchased these boots in size 8 thinking I should follow the recommendations to size up but 8 was too large, the back slipped on my hill and my foot went too far forward, so I tried a 7 1/2 my usual size and it fit perfectly. I can wear it with thick socks which definitely will be needed in winter. The shoe is soft and flexible, features hard to find in many boots. I'm not ecstatic about the height of the boot because the left shoe rubs my ankle and I'll probably use some kind of soft padding on my ankle until the shoe is broken in more. The quality of leather is OK but not pretty. It's not really that slippery soft leather you find on very expensive boots. But these will do and were much better than any others I've tried on, and I've been looking for a while.

So far love these! The are super comfy and feel well made. I can tell a big difference in the foot bed between these and my other booties - way cushier. I'm excited to try the waterproofing feature on a snowy/wet day. I prefer wide shoes if available and feel the wide size fit perfect. The top part of the booties will need a little breaking in as they rubbed against my shin, but it's not bad. I tried 2 sizes and noticed the 7W had a slightly darker toe/tip which I really liked and the 7.5W did not have. I tried ordering another 7.5W (the size I needed) to see if the toe would match the 7W and it was a little bit more of a match but not much. I darkened the tip myself with some shoe polish. It might be variances in the leather, but it seemed like more than that to me. Overall really happy though!

These were my first try with Blondo. I really wanted to like these boots. The material was soft. I felt like there was good cushion. Unfortunately, my feet overpronate badly. These boots didn't give me enough arch support. I tried with inserts, too. From the side, they looked great, but looking down at my feet, the soft material gave so much that my feet looked like boats to me. I could have tried a half size smaller, but it really felt like the issue was the material giving laterally, not the length. I'm going to return these and try the Blondo Victoria before trying another brand.

They are very cute booties! I did have to return the 7.5 W I bought initially and get the 8 W. I'm fairly between sizes sometimes, though. I was a little disappointed in the comfort of these, though. All the reviews say they are comfortable for long days of walking, but there's really no padding in them. I've had to add gel insoles. I was also a little disappointed in the quality. I don't think the heal is really a 'stacked leather heal' just because the heals scuffed badly just from driving and something gouged the back of the heal and I can see what I believe is plastic under whatever leather/fabric covering it really is. The black leather also scuffs out quite a bit and the boots looked worn pretty quickly, but I'm not really used to leather, and that's probably just how it is. I was going to return them, but I have a trip coming up that I bought them for and decided to make them work. I was able to use a little bit of black polish to even out the color on the heal, evened out the gouged bit and buffed out the toes and made them look nice again. I am still a little disappointed for the $ I paid for these, but Zappos' customer service is amazing and made every attempt to make it right. I'll use these for my trip and come back after to find something else I need :)

Attractive boot with nice, quiet rubber soles. At first I thought they would not be wide enough, but they worked out just fine. The shoe is comfortable. I wouldn't go walking miles and miles in them, but for work they're just what I wanted. Bonus: They're waterproof for our (hopefully) wet California winters.

I bought the taupe nubuck and was a little iffy about the color at first - it's somewhere in between dark brown and olive. Now I like them. I am usually a size 8.5 or 9 medium but based on other reviews I ordered a 9W and they're perfect. I have worn them for two days in a row with lots of walking and standing (I'm a teacher) and they're really, really comfortable. I bought them for an upcoming trip to Spain and I think they'll be perfect in all weather. I think the wide size was a good call because I'll be wearing them with winter socks. They feel wider in the heel than in the front of the foot, but not so big that they're slipping. Overall I'm really happy with the quality, the looks, the comfort, and the price!

Beautiful shoe. Good quality. I couldn't get my foot in and around the bend. I usually have luck with Blondo. Felt more like a M than a W.

I am a perfect 9.5 and these boots were too snug.

Boots look and feel quality. Fit perfect and feel comfortable walking. Haven’t encountered any puddles yet, so I can’t speak to the waterproofing, but I really like these boots!

Attractive bootie and the perfect height!

I felt like the booties were cute for a very casual outfit but less casual than I was expecting. I am returning due to them running large in size.

Fit was true to to size. They look and feel like a good quality shoe.

I ordered these booties for a trip to Italy where it is going to be raining a fair amount--thus the need for waterproof. Given my wide feet and very high arches I was concerned about the fit, but ordered the 8.5 wide and they are just right. I wore them today (a dry day) as a trial and they worked perfectly right out of the box. They are a lovely dark gray color, with good quality materials.

I really like the style and look of this boot. The top of the front of the ankle hits in a bit of an odd spot, so initially they are not as comfortable as they could be. I’ve been wearing them around the house to hopefully soften the edge and mold them to a better fit. I will keep them, but I had hoped for a better “right out of the box” experience. They are roomy enough to wear with socks. The insole has light cushioning, though there’s little to no arch support. The overall quality of the materials seems good as does the construction. I haven’t yet worn these out into the rain so I can’t speak to the waterproof aspect.

I really liked the style of this as well as the color in the black and cognac nubuck. I was excited for a cute waterproof shoe. The fit could never work for me though. It is far too wide. I have average to narrow feet, and I rarely have problems with a shoe being too wide for me. Sizing down did not help, as it was too tight from my toes to my heels while the shoe was still loose around the circumference. I was bummed.

Beautiful color, so far comfortable. I ordered the wide and it’s on the narrower side of a wide. I would not recommend these if you have a high instep, as they come up higher and don’t seem to have much flexibility in the instep area.

Nice bootie with plenty of room for my toes. Although plenty of room for my large ankles, the higher cut happened to rub against my ankle, so had to return.
