Got it for my dad and he loves it!

Great coat. Stylish, comfortable, and sharp looking. Great in all elements. Very comfortable it's not as quiet as warm as I thought but I think that's the breathable benefit. I'm not uncomfortable in anyway.

I love this jacket! I had another North Face Jacket for over 15+ years and it recently ripped because I got caught on something. I cannot complain about the time that I had for this jacket. These jackets last a lifetime!! This is why I decided on buying another North Face. I originally purchased the jacket in large but when I received it, it was snug under the arms. I recommend getting a size larger than what the estimate is. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase.

Just got it, can confirm it is well made, well designed, comfortable. Have not had to use outer shell yet.

My son everyday jacket

I wear this jacket on days that are fairly cold, as well as wear the inside on days that are a little chilly. On days that are a little cool and rainy, I wear the outside by itself.

This was purchased for my 17 year old son. He loves it. And Northface wear hold their value.

I generally wear the Liner Jacket around my college campus and when I go out anywhere. When worn with a long sleeve shirt underneath, it is warm in 30-40 degree weather and holds up greatly to the wind. I haven't worn it in any temperature below 30 degrees yet, but I imagine it will be quite warm then too. I typically wear it with a short sleeve shirt underneath when it is 40 degrees and above and it is quite warm. It can get pretty windy walking around campus and truthfully, you don't feel any of the wind in the Liner Jacket at all. It blocks it all and doesn't phase me at all no matter how windy is gets. It is great! I am still waiting to wear the Liner Jacket and Outer Shell together in the upcoming Ohio winter to see how it holds. As of now, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

As football season falls upon us, I knew I needed a coat to help me stay strong at tailgates as well as the game. I've only used the shell, but I know that when the cold weather hits. I WILL BE READY! If you are looking for versatility and an awesome fit then this coat is for you.

I bought this jacket to wear while I work outside doing construction jobs. It definitely holds up to pressure washing and rain. The style is fantastic since returning the medium for a small. The inner she'll fits so well--almost like its tailored. Very satisfied with this purchase! Would buy it again!

So I bought this jacket because I have been looking to get a rain jacket for the rainy days, as I am a college student and have to walk from building to building. The rain jacket meet my expectations, I have only used it once or twice, but from the times I have used it, it gives great coverage from the wind and the rain, keeping me dry and focused on my studies. nothing worse than being wet sitting through class. The quality of the jacket is very nice no loose strings that you find in even the more high end jackets. I really enjoy that you basically get two jackets for the price of one. The jacket is on the more expensive side but compared to other competing companies it blows them away with the features and aesthetics you get for the price. You have the shell when you want to go light weight and the fleece internal jacket when it gets colder, its all about the layering. Lot of practical use for the 3-1 jacket very versatile jacket. And lets face it the consumers buy what looks good, we buy with our eyes not for practicality but this jacket does both and does it well. Iv had multiple people comment my jacket and its a comfortable jacket to wear. Although a great jacket there are some flaws for instance the fit was not as fitted as I would have hoped even with the cords that tighten the jacket, ie there is extra material in the back mid section and bicep region that I would have liked more fitted, that's just my preference. the cords that tie down did alleviate some of that issue but not all of it. But as a disclaimer I have broad shoulders and the medium didn't fit, maybe if I was a contortionist. There really isn't anything wrong with the jacket, you just need to pick the color. Overall I would recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a better quality rain jacket.
