Bought this shoe in navy and it is the true dark navy that I wanted. However, the toe of the shoe narrows so much that it pinches my toes. Also the logo on the front of the shoe looks as if it could fall off soon.

These are very pretty and come in many beautiful colors. However, the foot padding is thin thus taking away for any added comfort. I wear them knowing that it won't be for too long of a time. Wish they would add more / better padding to make them total 5 star.

I am a big fan of Sam Edelman. They are very comfortable shoes, they are very cute and they last. These are true to size and I have a wide foot so I got a 7 1/2 W and it is perfect even with the little sock. Just really basic black flats but love the comfort.

These shoes are soft like butter and great for walking around but not so great for standing for a long time. Love this shoe but seems like they've potentially gotten bigger over the years? I tend to have to size up half a size for Sam Edelman (7.5, usually a 7) and the Wide widths are crucial for me, but when I tried to replace my old ones these seemed big.

Sadly, this pair of shoes is being returned. Very attractive, but just too snug.

This shoe is pretty. I wear a size 9 and got the regular black one in 9 Wide and it fits nicely and covers up my bunions for the most part. The heel slips a little but I think if I put in a heel insert it will solve the issue. It's hard for me to find a comfortable flat that also masks my bunions and doesn't make my feet look super wide and this fits the bill so far. Hopefully the shoe won't stretch so much on the sides that they don't stay on my feet any longer...

It's a bit plain but nice neutral shoe to wear with jeans. Very comfortable and seems true to size and width.

These shoes are really cute, but have no cushioning at all. I had to go up a size and they fit a bit odd. Hoping an insole will help.

Comfortable shoes

This is my third pair of Felicia flats because they are stylish and easy to wear. The comfort level leaves something to be desired for shoes that cost $100 but I have used heel inserts to increase the padding and comfort. I can run around the office all day now.

Definitely no support in these shoes at all. You wouldn't want to take them for long walks on the street, but they're really cute and comfortable--the leather is almost like glove leather. I keep them under my desk at work. They're almost exactly what I was looking for. Although not the same quality, they're replacing the Stuart Weitzman flats I wore into the ground that they don't make any more in my size (12).

These are beautiful flats. I recommend ordering 1/2 a size larger. I plan to order them in another color.

I'm looking for ballet flats that I can walk all over NYC in. Sadly, these aren't going to cut it. There is heel padding, yes, but really no arch support at all. whomp whomp.

Great ballet flat. I went up a 1/2 size. Comfortable, cute, easy to walk in. I bought 2 pair. One in black leather the other in Blue Denim, adorable!

Cute Ballet Flat. Sam Edelman works well for me. Only returning because I already have them in leather with a patent leather toe and like them better. Otherwise I would keep them. Fit: typical ballet flat comfort. These are nicely padded. (the other has more structure which also works better for me for support) Style: cute BF.

So comfy! It is difficult finding flats that are stylish and comfortable. I bought these and walked around in them for a while. Wore them to work the next day. My feet love me! These were my work shoes the whole week! I have to get more colors!

These shoes are very comfortable in W width. I typically wear a 6W or 6½W. I would encourage a greater selection in Sam Edelman in wide widths. Currently, the wide width flats are only available in the basic colors: black, navy, nude and leopard. What about all of the other cute colors these flats come in!
