I love these shoes! They’re cute and while I’m not a bow kinda girl, the bow/tassel is decorative without being over the top. While they don’t have tons of support they are nicely padded. The leather is very supple and there’s just enough elastic around the back that my foot stays firmly in place, but not so much that it digs into my heal. I will be buying another pair in a different color.

Love these flats! I wish I would have sized up though. They did run a half size smaller so I think an 8 would have been a better fit. Too late for me to return which stinks bc they are expensive ??

I love the look of these shoes so much. I just wish they fit. I wear 8.5-9. Both sizes are too short. You could see my big toe poking at the end. I then tried a 9.5 but they were way too big. Too bad for me. It's an adorable shoe.

Really cute shoe however the opening hit right across a bunion I have on my right foot that is why I rated a 1 star for comfort...maybe a larger size would help but not willing to try. Thank goodness for Zappos and their excellent service.

These are super cute flats! This is my first time ordering Sam Edelman shoes and I am happy with the style and comfort of these shoes. I ordered the New Nude Leopard. My only complaint is that they run a half size small. I am a 7.5 in most ballet flats and I needed to return these for an 8.

ADORABLE! I received my Sam Edelman Felicia flats in black and they are beautiful! I normally wear a size 7W. The balls of my feet are a bit wide, but my heels are average, which can make finding a proper fit a bit tricky. These ballet flats are nearly perfect in that respect. My heels don’t slip out and there’s enough room in the toe box. The length is true to size, in terms of width I think they’re a bit narrow for a wide. If your entire foot is a true wide, they might not work. One of my feet is a smidge wider than the other, so one foot is comfortable but the other is a bit tighter in spots. The leather is very supple, so I’m hoping they’ll stretch a tiny bit with wear. Being ballet flats, they don’t have arch support and an insert probably wouldn’t fit. They can be dressed up or down and I think they’re appropriate for any age. Also, no toe cleavage. If you do a lot of walking or standing, you might want something more structured. But, for normal wear I think they’re perfect. ??

I like the soft, buttery padding on the footbed and the genuine calf hair (I bought the cheetah print.) Overall, I love the style and general quality of the shoe, but I expect to wear these once a week as opposed to every day because I know they'll wear out and they don't have arch support (can someone PLEASE make cute flats with arch support??!)

The look of the flats are nice. It felt true to size but if you have wide feet I would def go with the wider width. There isn't much arch support and if you are going to be up and running around in these I wouldn't recommend it until they are broken in.

It's so difficult to find shoes I like for my size Narrow foot! Searched for a long time for another pair of flats and found Zappos had more of the Sam Edelman Felicia in stock. Right shoe is a bit snug, digging into top of my foot. I have worn them around the house and they softened quickly. I wear a thin orthotic in mine to give me a bit of support. Flats aren't meant to support your arches and my arches are high.I do recommend this shoe; cute, versatile style!

I'm giving these shoes a mixed review. I ordered saddle in a 10 W. I have borderline W feet. Flats like this usually give me a bunion. I had ordered the 10 regular which I normally wear and they were super narrow. I had hope the 10W wouldn't bother me, but it did. If you truly have a wide foot, the chances of this one fitting aren't slim. I'm sad to send these back because they really are a beautiful show.

These were reasonably comfortable, for a flat. No support, but good flex in the leather, no pressure points. In person, I found the little charm on the front looked too gaudy. I'd consider getting them in one of the more unique colors, but they aren't really worth the price for an easier-to-find black or nude flat.

These are a really cute shoe. I am very much a size 8.5 but with a medium width foot. I bought these in 8.5 and I could stick a finger between my foot and the heel of the shoe. I reordered them in 8 with a medium width and they were too tight. Sent them back and ordered the 8 in a wide width and they fit just right. Weird.

Comfortable except too tight across the beginning of the toes. I have a normal width.

I normally require a narrow in flats but with this pair I did not. I normally wear a 6 1/2 to 7 depending on the brand and the 7 worked perfectly. The heal is narrow so I'm happy. I'm 44 and there isn't any arch supports but the padding is nice. There is s big SE embroidered on the heal which might be off putting for some. The leather is soft and I think it could scratch up easily but I'm not hard on my shoes.

Really cute shoe. There is padding in the sole. However, it is quite narrow and runs small. I have a wide, chubby foot, but can usually wear 7.5 medium. I think I need an 8 wide in this shoe, but it is so popular the 8 wide is nearly sold out and there are no colors left that suit me. Too bad! I will have to return these. I imagine if I he the right size they'd be cute and comfy!

I have sensitive and wide feet and I rarely write a shoe review because I don't want to blame the shoe when it's probably just my feet that are the problem. Having said that, I really like these animal print shoes. I've been trying to find a ballet shoe in the leopard print for a while now and have tried several brands. This shoe is very cute and comfortable. I ordered the W width in my regular size and they fit great. The arch support is probably considered "moderate" for a ballet style but I prefer more support for my high arches. My arches will survive since I'm not doing any long treks in then. I'm pleased with this shoe.

I bought the saddle color version of this Felicia in 7 wide. They fit well, are easy to pack and are comfortable enough to wear on long walking trips. I've had them since June, and so far they have proven durable.

I keep buying this shoe, I'm on pair 6 or 7. They're lightweight and easy to travel with. I've walked 18+ miles in one day on the cobblestone streets of Paris in them and had no problems. I have a wider than average foot and they fit fine. They hold up reasonably well to wear but the big reason I have to keep buying a new shoe is that once it gets a little wet from rain, the insoles act up and eventually come apart. Great for drier climates, not necessarily the PNW.

Comfortable shoes, no rubbing on the heels. The metal on the bow on top of the shoe rubs off on the light nude leather leaving rusting like stains. Also, the shoe has visible scuffing after only a few wears. Otherwise, comfortable, soft leather shoes that are a bit narrow in the toes.

I know these flats have gotten rave reviews but they were just not comfortable for me. The leopard ones were tolerable, and super cute, so I kept them. But I also bought a black leather pair and couldn't even wear them around the house. The toe box just felt small and the edges of the shoes rubbed into the sides and back of my heels. I returned the black pair. Hopefully the leopard ones will feel more comfortable after being broken in more.

Very cute and comfortable shoe. The only problem I've had is that the black trim leaves a mark on my skin. Hopefully this will stop after a few more wears.
