I am very disappointed in this bag. I have the same Baggallini bag in another color. It is from a few years ago. The quality is much better on the old bag. The strap is a bit wider and the zipper is a bit longer which allows you to open the bag all the way. There are a few other differences that really add up. I was willing to pay full price because I love the other bag and wanted a more practical color, but this one does not bring about feelings of love. On the contrary, it is frustrating. I am so sad because I was really excited to have this as my go-to bag. If it were $45, I'd keep it, but for $98, I am returning it. It is just not a $98 bag.

I own 3 of these already and wanted another color. When it arrived I was disappointed to find 2 critical things removed from the design. the interior zippered pocket is missing from the front organizer (this used to be where I kept my cash), and the zipper is missing from the hidden pocket on the front of the purse (this used to be the perfect secure pocket for a passport!) I'm sure it cheaper for you to make them now, but I don't want this product any more. the snap on the back pocket is also smaller and weaker than before. Returned
