Gift for my son and it is by far his favorite. He had one in the past and unfortunately misplaced on a trip so wanted it replaced! So glad you still are making it. He thinks the pockets are slightly different, but not enough to make a difference. His go to article of clothing!! He would definitely recommend!

For a tall, it was still short length wise. Would like another inch at least.

Perfect Exactly as advertised and the fit is on point. I like the snap closure on the outside pockets and the two inside pockets were welcome addition. One for my wallet and the other for my phone.

Great vest! I've got one in Michigan and one in Florida. Wish the lighter denim blue color was still available, but the dark blue was next best.

ok, here i go. i'm all about buying local and have bragged about Carhartt to my out of state friend's for years and decided to purchase these vests for my son and grandsons for Christmas. Though they haven't even gotten them yet, they look like a nice quality item, HOWEVER, if you have to charge me more, please bring the manufacturing home!!!! Detroit/Michigan needs that part of the business, not just a storefront. My husband and i were disappointed to see made in Vietnam on the tag.
