The wide was too narrow for my 7.5 W foot. If you pull out the footbed, you will see that it is even narrower than the shoe and is marked as a medium. The leather was also quite stiff, so I didn't think they would break in easily. Back they went which is sad, because they were quite cute.

These were too large even with winter socks.

The fit was too tight - width was narrow and felt a half size smaller! So back they go!

Cute, but they went back. Having expending feet as I age (having size 10 feet at 15 and through my 30's, then to 11 in my 40's and fifties, now to 11 wide) I got the 11 wide but my left foot has always been slightly larger than my right. The right fit great but the left was too snug across the upper ball and toe area. I would say these fit me as a medium 11 and the cut was too snug to be comfortable. If you have smaller feet than me you'll probably love these. My Earth Origins Amanda in 11 wide are my go to shoeties.

Fits and has a comfortable foot bed but the upper edge of the boot rubs my ankle when i walk. The leather is stiff.

I bought a 10W and though the toe box was a little tight with medium weight socks. Footbed had very little padding. I did not like the outside zipper, maybe I am just not flexible enough to zip up with my foot on the ground, since you can’t put your foot across the other leg to zip as with most boots. I thought it was a very stiff boot and just not comfortable. I bought the burgundy and thought the color was lovely. These are being returned.

I was so hoping these would fit! They are super cute but the 8 wide felt more like a 7 1/2 medium. ÷(

I was so excited to get these. Love the style, the leather and the overall look. However, these did not fit like any size 10 wide I’ve ever tried on. Extremely narrow. Could barely squeeze my foot in and could not zip. Sad, and sending back.

Even though I love these, I had to give them 3 stars because I can't seem to get the size right. I'm normally a 6.5 or 7, but I have already gone down to a size 6, and they are still way too large. They are cute, and are exactly the booties I have been looking for, but they are sized much larger than any shoes I have tried. They also have removable insoles, which means even more room if the insoles are taken out. I feel bad ordering so many pairs of shoes and having to return them (Thank you so much, Zappos) but I really, really like them. I'm going to give it one final shot with a size 5.5 and if those don't work I'll give up.

I love the way this shoe looks, but for comfort and walking long distances, I'll wear something else. As other reviewers have noted, the heel is too wide and the foot is a bit narrower than it appears to be. I put heel pads in, which helped keep my foot in the shoe. After a day of walking around in them, I added foot pads to the front. They are comfortable enough for those times when I need a bootie but for walking more than a mile, I'll wear something else.

I ordered a 8.5W for my wide feet. These were cute but the heel was way too loose on them.I think these would work for someone whose entire foot is wide. My heel is normal, but my forefoot is wide, so I had to return.

Ordered 11 W, and it arrived and felt both much narrower than a wide and much smaller than my normal size. Cute color! Wanted it to work, but they're being returned.

Cute shoes but found them to run short and narrow. Did not accommodate my orthodics well. Size 9.

I loved the pair of Hush Puppies I bought last year, but these were heavy and clunky. Kind of Doc Martin-esque clunky, which is great if that's the style you like, but it wasn't was I was after. I bought a 9-wide (the same size as last year's pair of shoes) and the sizes could not have been more different. These were huge!

Nice quality materials and great style. Unfortunately, they have very little arch support and are too roomy in the front for my thin feet.

These are really cute shoes; however, they could be wider. I tried the 8.5W but had to go to a 9W in order to get enough width. Now they slip at the heel a little, but I'll make them work because I like them so much.

They just didn’t feel right on my feet. I can’t quite figure out why.

I bought the taupe nubuck buck in 9.5 W. The style of the boot is cute but I did not think the taupe was as attractive as it appeared in the picture. It is sort a khaki tan. The boot has two zippers but the medial zipper is only decorative. The insole is removable and feels supportive in the right shoe but something is not right in the left shoe. The insole has a very hard edge that feels rather sharp. The sole feels like it would be have a good grip. The boot also hits me at about where low cut athletic socks sit right where your foot stops and your ankle starts. It was uncomfortable when I walked because of where it hit. The length was true to size but if you have a truly wide foot this boot is not for you. Fit me well but I usually wear a medium width.

Something about the arch doesn't feel right for me. May be because my feet are so wide and short that i had to order them a size too big...

Left felt lmost Ok, but right was so tight an uncomfortable. Will keep trying to find the right it. Love Zappos.
