I wanted to love these. But there was gummy, sticky glue all around the base of both shoes where it meets the sole. Even the paper in the box had sticky residue on it from the shoes. I can't really review the fit, etc. because given the shoes's condition, I didn't try them on.

I ordered a number of Hush Puppies Mazin Cayto's in multiple colors because I had ordered them back in 2019 with a positive experience. The new ones that came are all defective with sticky, gooey, outer soles as if they had melted in some warehouse somewhere. I've sent them back and tried re-ordering. Lo and behold, Zappos sent out the same defective shoes a second and third time. Having a very hard time squaring away the orders and returns because the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. You would think that Hush Puppies and Zappos would pull the defective shoes and subsequently straighten things out. Well, not so much.

There was glue protruding from the soul of the shoes. They were sticky sticky.

I have no idea how these adorable-looking boots would fit because they had such a nasty smell that I could not take them out of the box. There's no getting used to that odor!

I have these shoes in Navy and love them so I purchased the Taupe. Unfortunately there is something sticky along the entire bottom ridge of both shoes and the zipper on one of the shoes was almost impossible to open. I would love to replace them but am concerned that the same issues will occur.

These were very comfortable and I loved the color. I have to send them back, though. There was sticky goo all around where the sole meets the upper part. It was ridiculous. It ruins the bootie because there is no removing it. You would have it on your hands and clothes, it would pick up any debris and look terrible. How can Hushpuppies send out this product??? Very disappointed.

I did not keep them( even though they fit) because the black strip where the sole attached to the boot was very sticky and was like duct tape to the touch.

I thought I found the perfect little boot. I loved the style, color and quality. I normally wear a 9 1/2 wide to extra wide. This was my first time trying Hush Puppies. I read the previous reviews and decided to give this brand a try. I decided, based on previous reviews, to order a size 10 wide. The length was right but this was not a wide boot. This boot fits a very narrow foot, even in the extended width. They are a darling boot, but not for those of us with a wider foot.

I really needed a 12 N but did not have the option for this. My ankle could slide completely out of these. Just because some women have longer feet it does not mean we have big ankles or heels.

I am updating my review on these shoes. At first I really liked these shoes. But I need a supportive shoe and this is NOT it. The sole is very soft; you can bend this shoe very easily. The insole isn’t worth $.50. The left shoe is bigger than the right...which didn’t become super evident until I wore them a bit. They are nice looking but provide no support, especially given how mailable the sole is. Would not recommend these.

Really did like the shoes, it fit well and seemed comfortable however once zipped up I could not bend my ankle to walk as they were too tight and ended up clomping around the house for a few minutes. Sadly, these will have to go back.

These boots were very comfortable and easy to wear both casually and with certain outfits for work. But they fell apart so quickly. Regular wear eroded the faux suede within just a few weeks making the show look ragged. Very disappointing. Less durable than fast fashion brands.

I have bad feet (bunions) and a bad knee that hurts when I wear any heel over 1/2 inch. These boots looked pretty flat, so I took a chance. Well, for some reason, there is extra height in the heel beyond what you see in the outside heel. I was thrilled that the toe box was big enough to accommodate my bunions without pain, but the extra height in the heel caused pain in my knee, so I have to send them back. It's almost impossible to find cute shoes that are flat or almost flat. My search continues.

Not for a foot with a high instep. The boot was tight across the instep. I can usually wear a d width but probably would have liked a ee width in this boot. The boot looks good, just what I was looking for but could not accept the fit.
