I bought the taupe nubuck buck in 9.5 W. The style of the boot is cute but I did not think the taupe was as attractive as it appeared in the picture. It is sort a khaki tan. The boot has two zippers but the medial zipper is only decorative. The insole is removable and feels supportive in the right shoe but something is not right in the left shoe. The insole has a very hard edge that feels rather sharp. The sole feels like it would be have a good grip. The boot also hits me at about where low cut athletic socks sit right where your foot stops and your ankle starts. It was uncomfortable when I walked because of where it hit. The length was true to size but if you have a truly wide foot this boot is not for you. Fit me well but I usually wear a medium width.

Love these shoes. They are just what I was looking for, great with jeans. They are really comfortable. Highly recommend

Super cute shoe; wished it would have worked out for me but I found it wasn't wide enough around the toes. Also not as comfortable as I thought it would be having read all the reviews. Really wish it was wider as I love the style. Waited for it to return to stock before ordering. Bought it in a 6 1/2 W in the navy. Sad to be returning this super cute shoe.

Something about the arch doesn't feel right for me. May be because my feet are so wide and short that i had to order them a size too big...

Left felt lmost Ok, but right was so tight an uncomfortable. Will keep trying to find the right it. Love Zappos.

These shoes are cute by no support at all. When I put them on they were just flat and hard. I normally wear a size 9 but these were at least a 1/2 to a full size too big. Thankfully return with Zappos is quick and easy.

I genuinely loved the look of this bootie, especially the color and zippers. Cute and casual!! I think the fit was probably normal, but, I have a very high instep and arch, and they felt tight on my weird foot. I would have ordered another size but decided to be practical and just do without. I would advise anyone to try them through Zappos. What have you got to lose?

When I first tried them on I was a tad concerned that the width might be a bit small. But I did the "thumb test" and had enough room in the toe box and didn't want them to be too wide so I wore them yesterday to work and an event in the evening. I couldn't believe how comfortable they were! I tend to kick off my shoes when I'm sitting at my desk (an advantage of working for myself!) and it never even occurred to me to do so with these. They are super cute and pair well with jeans or slacks.

I've only had for a couple of days, but the first time I put them on they fit like a glove. I have worn them a couple of times and I'm very pleased with them so far. Will update later if anything change.

This is a super comfortable bootie. Not stiff, like you might think. True to size. The left feels just a little bigger then the right, but could be difference in my feet. Got the wine color...perfect for fall. I can wear this with skinny jeans, a skirt or with dress/work slacks. Read reviews about only one zipper working...it is plenty! Also, the review about the inner flap...what? Totally comfortable to me! Very happy with this purchase.

I wanted to love these booties but unfortunately that is not the case. I should have listened to other reviewers on the zipper (too hard to zip) and zipper placket (too much fabric) issues. The shoe was very stiff which may not be an issue for everyone. I was looking for a softer shoe. The beige color and overall style of the shoe were very nice.

Love these shoes, size was exactly right, super cute fall ankle booties, without a heal which I just can’t wear.

Maxim Cayto fit is true. I ordered up 1/2 size to accommodate socks. Perfect!
