The boots were perfect in length and probably true in width. I have a narrow foot, but with the addition of a little thicker sock, they fit fine.

These 'Mazin Cayto' booties are truly amazing. Beyond comfortable and fantastic true to size fit for me! They were on the upper end of pricing for me, but worth every penny! Great looking and feeling!

I haven't worn this shoe yet but I'm looking forward to it. I wear a 7-1/2 medium width and the shoe felt good when I tried it on. I plan on applying a protectorant first as snow is on the ground. I ordered the blue and really am pleased with the color. I had ordered other brands, more expensive, but they didn't fit for one reason or another. I think I will get a lot of wear out of this boot. It isn't a brand I usually buy but I may need to take another look.

These are lovely! They are more comfortable that most boots. It is true that the peace of leather that protects the feet from the zipper is an overkill. But I think it's fixible by carefully cutting it. These are more casual and have a more youthful feel. I was looking for something to go to work and even thought they are lovely, they are not what I need. I'll go for a pair from Clarkes that look a bit more grown up.

After many searches, I am glad I went with these Hush Puppies Mazin Cayto ankle boots. They ARE the most comfortable "new" shoes I've ever had! I just may have to buy them in more colors!

I tried nine pairs of similar boots, all in 8.5 wide and these were by far the most comfortable out of the box. They aren’t as stylish as most of the others (gorgeous but unwearable Sam Edelmans I am looking at you) and I thought long and hard about returning these, too, because they are kind of clunky looking. I also really dislike the design flaw of including a fake zipper on the side where it would be easiest to unzip. However I think I will keep them because life is too short for uncomfortable boots and they are ok for what I need. I just wish we didn’t have to trade comfort for style! I feel like women with wide feet and bunions need a place to meet here to share experiences so I wouldn’t have to try on nine pairs to fine one that I kind of like.

Had to go up a half size but I have super wide feet. Stylish and comfortable. Happy to find a bootie that fits wide feet.

These may be the most comfortable shoes I own! They fit true to size and go with almost everything. I am ordering a pair in dark brown nubuck, as well. I love these!

Perfect Ankle boot! Stylish with removable insole. So comfortable right out of the box! The zipper location is fine, just something to get use to, no big deal. Love the non-skid sole. I have foot issues: high arch, right foot bunion and plantar fasciitis. I have to wear special inserts for the fasciitis. However, the insole that comes with this ankle boot is so comfortable, I don't need to remove because it provides enough cushioning for my right heel. This can be dressed up or down - great with jeans or a casual skirt or dress. Just love them! I ordered another color to add to my winter wardrobe. Highly recommend! Thank you Zappos!

I have a wide foot and a difficult time finding shoes and especially boots that fit. I was very please not only by the look but also the fit of these. The zipper was fine although it would be easier if they were both functional. They are a touch tight at the top of the ankle but I wore them all day the first time out and the leather had enough give that it work well. The blue is bright enough to be fun but subdue enough to come off as a neutral if you want it to.

These were a little big on me and had to be returned, but size wasn't a problem because I ended up not caring for how they looked in person. Not a particularly cute or stylish shoe.

I love these boots! Due to recent surgery one foot is bigger than the other. So I ordered a half size up. Unfortunately, because I have a narrow heel, it was too big on both feet. Sadly I am returning them. I think they would fit correctly in my normal size.

Love! All around comfortable and so excited to have a cute fashionable shoe other than a sneaker to put inserts in. Sole included is rather comfortable as it is.

I received these yesterday and have worn them around the house -- so far very comfortable. I love the style! My feet are long, and the rounded wider toe and stitched slightly extending sole minimize that long narrow look. About the size...I ordered my usual size 10, and that fits fine with regular weight thicker socks. With thinner socks or hose, I need a 9.5. to keep from slipping around inside the boot. I got the dark brown color, but really wanted black (which was sold out in 10). Now I'm thinking about ordering the black in 9.5 and keeping both pairs. The brown for jeans, and the black for dressier pants and skirts. I have no arches to speak of, so can't judge the arch support, but the inserts are quite comfy. I'm going to enjoy these boots! One last note: I had no issue with the inside zipper padding that was mentioned in a previous review -- it lies flat and I'm not aware of it during wear.

I ordered this shoe in an 8.5 Wide -- it's not that wide if you have a wide foot. I do feel the sides, but assume they will get broken in. I also thought there was a flaw in the shoe finish. It is a nubuck shoe, but the toes and heels are buffed out so that they look polished. I assume that's intentional since it's on both shoes. This is just an FYI.
