I have a wide foot that can be tricky to fit, so I ordered both a 9 wide and a 9 1/2 wide. I could barely get my foot into the 9, but the 9 1/2 fits pretty well. These are not the widest shoes I've ever owned and there's not much room to move your toes, but they are surprisingly comfortable. I did have to go with a thinner sock than I wanted, but I'm in the south and can get away with thin socks. I also have knee issues and wearing a slight heel seems to make my knees feel better. I'm very happy I found these shoes.

These are good "dress up, dress down" shoes. There is a weird nubby texture on the inside soles that I find distracting; maybe the texture is supposed to be invigorating? Overall construction is very good and sturdy; the fact that the outside zippers are the working zippers takes some getting used to.

Love that these have removable insoles-- I could take them out and replace with custom orthotics. The wides were a bit wider than I expected, so I added an extra half shoe insert to make up for that space, and it worked out perfectly. After a few days of wearing, however, my left boot began squeaking. Since I'd already worn them (and needed something I could wear in the rain immediately), I kept them. The style is exactly as pictured-- I think it's one of those pairs of shoes that will look better as they get more of a distressed look.

These shoes are very comfortable, I was able to wear them all day right out of the box. The zipper is a bit tricky; doesn't slide sd smoothly as I'd like. But, they will stretch a bit since they are leather.

These were cute boots, but too wide for me and not much arch support. Had to return them. They seemed nicely made and the leather felt good.

I bought these shoes as I needed a pair of winter shoes that I could use with my orthodics. They are not the prettiest but they are very comfortable and work with my orthodic. My only complaint is that the zipper on on the inside of the foot is fake. You can only put the shoe on my zippering the outside zippers. Just annoying as I keep trying to unzip the wrong one.

I like the way the shoe looks; the zippers on each side are cute. One side unzips to allow flexibility when putting the shoe on. I’m 5’10 and wear a size 11B. The shoe felt true to size for me and did not feel too snug. I can definitely wear a thick pair of socks with them when it’s colder weather. The arch support is moderate. The balls of my feet did start to hurt/ache after wearing them a few hours. They pair great with tights and jeans.

The style of these shoes was just what I was looking for. They look good on with slim jeans and pants. Because I have a narrow heel, it lifts up quite a bit when I walk. I have decided to keep them and add a heel cushion and wear a sock.

I really loved these shoes, they felt super comfortable and the style was exactly what I was looking for! However, these were so comically huge I could easily slip my foot in and out without unzipping the shoes. They were so big I’d be skeptical to see if even a size 5 would fit. I’m super disappointed because they were perfect in every other way.

I ordered a wide due to my bunions. However this boot was not a wide, at least for me. Very snug. I couldn't even really tell if the size was good since they were so narrow. I wish they had fit, I really liked the boots. They are attractive and sturdy. I had to return them.

The size and fit were perfect. However, the inside of the boot, on the left foot kept pinching one of my tender spots. My feet tow in a little bit, and the boot was rubbing against the foot so much it hurt at the end of the day. The right foot was fine! I will still wear them because I think the material will soften up. I love that these boots can be dressed up or down, and I love the navy color.

If you look at the top view of this, you'll see that the toe box is wide and blunt, not at all pointy. This is great for comfort, but not so great for style. I just felt like these, while cute (great blue color), were too casual for what I was looking for. They fit well, seemed like good quality, so if you like the style, go for it!

These would have been PERFECT, but the heels are too wide and I was walking out of them with each step.

Way too big. I ordered my regular 10W and it was way too big. Exchanged for a 9.5W. Still too big. May try again one half size smaller. Can’t really comment on the shoe until I find one that fits. Nice looking casual shoe.

Out of the box, these Hush Puppies met my expectations for both quality and color. My actual foot size is between 8.5-9M and these shoes were sized well for me - more loose than tight on my bare feet - should be great with footies or light socks, which is my preference for work. I work retail 20+hrs per week and walk ~30mi/week, probably 22-24mi/wk at work. I've worn-out a Teva oxford-style shoe and am hopeful this low bootie will perform as well for stylish (-to-nerdie) support and performance. I'll see how I like the removable insole with the raised bump pattern once I've worked a couple of shifts in them. More to come, on the shoe. As usual, Zappo's nailed the prompt delivery!

Love the style, but the shoes feel tight and narrow even in the wide size. I was hoping these were going to be my go-to walking shoes but I can’t imagine wearing them for a full day. Sadly I have to return them.
