Loved the look and the color but way too narrow. Length would be fine. The wider boot was not available in preferred size and color.

Wide width is narrow. No arch support but good cushion. Relatively soft, nice looking leather.

I love these shoes! I wear an 8M and they fit true to size. The black suede are incredibly cute and can be worn with pants or skirts. As someone who needs a wide width shoe I don't know what I would do without Zappos.

When I received this shoe it was packaged like someone had returned these. There were some scuff marks on them. Had I paid full price, I would have returned them.

This bootie is narrow in toe area. I ordered 1/2 size larger than usual.The color is beautiful.

I loved the style but the Narrow width was too wide for my foot. Unfortunately, I have returned this pair of shoes

Nice looking, comfortable shoes! I'm usually a 7.5 to 8. I ordered these in two colors (the smooth black leather and gray suede) in both 7.5 and 8. The 8 fit much better. If you're in between sizes I'd suggest sizing up. They are comfortable and cute- will look great with jeans, slacks, & dresses. With a thin wool sock they'll be plenty warm for winter. I may keep both colors. I like them that much!

This shoe is beautiful, stylish, and very well made. The only reason I returned them is because they were not wide enough. I ordered my true size, 11w, they fit like 11n.

I loved the style, heel height, and the grey suede was perfect but i couldn't get them on my feet. Thinking about trying a half size up.

Super cute but i have bunions amd even being wide they really squished them. I normally wear about a 7 but i ordered a half size up to see if that fixes the tightness around the bunions.

This pair of booties have scuffs on them as though they have been worn. I’ve never had this experience before in all the years that I’ve been buying from Zappos. I’m very disappointed.

I usually wear a 9 N in Naturalizer shoes...this shoe, though marked as that, was like a 10 W...I almost laughed out loud when I put them on. if zappos wasn't so great with returns I would have been upset.

I could not get the shoe on my foot even though I ordered the correct size. I have a high instep (this is the arched part of the top of the foot between the toes and the ankle). The high instep prohibited me from getting my foot into the shoe. The shoe opening was not wide enough to get my foot through the opening.

I really liked this bootie, but alas, it was not meant to be. The outside edge rubbed just at the bottom of my ankle bone. So despite loving everything else about the booties, they had to go back.

I have been shopping with Zappos for over 15 years. I generally have a fantastic experience when ordering from Zappos, except for this order. The shoes that arrived were beat up and the leather badly scraped down the side of one shoe. I am certain this was a fluke, and I feel confident my order coming tomorrow will reflect the high standards typical of a Zappos order.

I have purchased two pair of ankle boots in different styles and in both cases found that I needed to go up a half size and increase the width size to fit me perfectly. I love the style and comfort.

These are beautiful boots. The leather seems to be top quality. It is a little stiff but that indicates strong support and long-lasting nature of the construction. They are comfortable - the top doesn't rub my ankle as some ankle boots do. Comfortable support. They look great and aubergine color is perfect for my wardrobe. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with these boots.

I would give them more stars, but I think they need to rethink their labelling. Will update review after I try the WW booties!

Originally I ordered a 9 1/2 but had to return them for a size 10. The 10's fit well (although with thinner socks, the top of the leather rubs my ankle a bit). Nice quality leather, color is just what I wanted, stitching looks good. Seems like they'll last a long time. And I got a great deal on these, as I used my Zappos VIP bonus to purchase them!
